Came down from Vancouver, BC for a weekend getaway. Stopped there for a breakfast pastry while walking our dog. I had read some reviews prior to going and have to say the people that comment on Fred Meyers need to just go to Fred Meyers. This is a great little bakery that actually makes everything by hand and not mass... More

We made a special stop here to pick up eclairs and pastries for the our road trip (11/23/2014). Priced a bit high. We were so disappointed when we discovered that everything was dry and seemed day old. We won't stop again.

Locally famous for their Haystack bread and many many wonderful sweet treats. They also make sandwiches for take out which are perfect for that short walk to the beach for lunch.

We purchased a mix of pastries to go and were very surprised at the price. It was at least 3 times as much as we usually pay at Fred Meyers.

The quality of the sandwiches and the baked goods is really top drawer. This is a must when you are in town. Recommend the Turkey and Cranberry sandwich and the Marionberry turnover. Yummmy!!

I had a cinnamon role, and my husband had an apple fritter. His was very good, and my cinnamon role was average. Otherwise, nothing exceptional about this bakery as far as our experience goes.

While they had a number of good looking items, I went with the cream cheese cinnamon bun. Not bad, but fairly dry and not huge on flavour, with the cream cheese icing being particularly weak. The cinnamon buns you can get at a Fred Meyer are more flavourful and better value. I'd consider returning, but would be getting something different.

To go into the bakery and smell the fresh baking makes your mouth water, pick up a coffee and try to decide which delicacy you are going to get is quite a challange

We ate here all 3 morning that we were in Cannon Beach! They had excellent pastries. I'm already missing my morning crueller. The prices are very reasonable, and everything is just spot on. Can't wait to go back!

Spicy "Jack" cupcake was excellent. Apple cider doughnut as well. Try the Haystack. Cruller was average.
