After reading reviews we decided to try and it was great. The menu is limited but the food we had was fantastic. Oh the bread - have you had Irish bread? Well it's better here. We had the steak and the fish, the mussels, the cheese plate, the crab toast. Loved the crab, cheese was good but needed crackers, mussels... More

Apparently this restaurant is a coffee shop earlier in the day. For dinner it becomes a gourmet restaurant with character--and the occasional customer who wanders in looking for an espresso or a coffee shop fleece. The menu was limited, but once chosen, the food was interesting, well presented and good. Locals frequent the place and were greeted warmly by the... More

Went for dinner with my husband. Had the curry corn soup which was very good. Enjoyed the beef stew also. The service was efficient and friendly. The set up was confusing though. By day, the location is the Sleepy Monk coffee shop. At night, the Irish Table operates their restaurant out of the same exact coffee shop space (unlike a... More

Located in Mid Town - same building as Sleepy Monk coffee - this place is a gem. We go several times a year and have always loved it. Great service and amazing food. The seafood chowder and curry mussels are a must every time to stop by. We have enjoyed nearly everything on the menu and have not had anything... More

Felt welcomed from the start. My client told me this was the place to go…looks so understated and don't really like having places that don't take reservations. It is so worth it! The bread is great toasted on the cheese plate as well as steamed for your table. My dish of lamb was wonderful. It was perfectly prepared and flavorful.... More

Great food and service with no pretensions. We sat at the community table and enjoyed meeting a few fellow travelers.

If in Cannon Beach you must dine at the Irish Table. Make sure you have a reservation because the place fills quickly up even at 5:30 on a Sunday! Our waiter was very attentive and helped me to select our wine with tastes before selecting a bottle. The salmon was the special of the day so 3 of us selected... More

We had a very good meal at this four-year-old restaurant in midtown that only serves dinner. Mussels in curry sauce and lambchops were very good. Service was fine.

I can't believe the people that write a bad review because they didn't get in! Obviously if it's hard to get a seat it's packed! that alone speaks for itself! The food is deliciousness, great people! Cute restaurant! Just get there early and wait in line! It's fun to wait in line, you meet wonderful people as you wait! And... More

We went to the Irish Table on a Saturday night without a reservation. The host was most friendly and suggested a table right at the door, but then asked jokingly if we were the Petersons. We said, "of course". And we were seated in a much nicer location. We had two entrees, a pork chop and ling cod. Both excellent... More
