We both had halibut, which was cooked to perfection. The garlic sauce was a perfect match. Wine choice was outstanding, and the scotch list is very nice. The ambience was interesting, as the coffee shop turns into a restaurant at night. The wait staff was very friendly, with good stories and advice

What a wonderful place to celebrate our 35th. The food and ambience amazing. We started with the roasted beet salad and mushroom soup....so full of palette pleasing flavor. Our main course, Halibut with fingerling potatoes and roasted cherry tomatoes. The Halibut was tender and flaky. Make sure you get there early. This is a very popular place. Thank you Irish... More

Cannon Beach regulars looking for a new "go to" place for burned down The Bistro. Found it. This small dinner place is getting so popular based on food, ambience, service that frequent waits are the norm. No reservations unless 4 or more. Seafood chowder, curried mussels, loin of lamb...all memorably mouth-watering. Nearby, customer asserted the halibut was the best he's... More

This was our first time here, and will be coming back again and again. IT IS NICE TO GET GOOD SERVICE anymore, and they make sure you are happy with everything. I LOVE restaurants that are on the small side. To me, it makes the evening ROMANTIC and INTIMATE. Now for the food: first they bring you soda bread, which... More

What a charming place to enjoy a lovely dinner. The soda bread is served piping hot. The evening specials are creative. The staff is superb. If you wish to be a part of the first seating, be sure to get in line by 5:15 p.m. The restaurant opens @ 5:30 p.m. Reservations are available for parties of four plus.

The concierge at the Stephanie Inn recommended this place but we didn't ask her to make a reservation, nor did we understand that there was no sign because the building houses a different restaurant during the day and The Irish Table at night. So, here it is, clearly stated: Either the restaurant is not interested in serving tourists AT ALL... More

What a find! Friends recommended this restaurant to us and we were not disappointed. A small cozy atmosphere and would not have realized that the coffee shop by day turned into a quaint restaurant starting at 5:30pm. Food was excellent a good value for the quality. We recommend you try it out. They do take reservations for parties of 4... More

This place is popular, and while waiting for a table we cooled our heels next door in the hardware store/pub, which is named the Screw and Brew. The bar man will sell you a Screw and Brew pint glass to take home. The Irish Table is small, crowded, and Oregon funky. Isn't that why you go to Cannon Beach? Be... More

Or maybe the other way around? We had a nice meal after a long day of sightseeing along the coast. The mussels were to-die-for and we will be back again.

We loved it here. Great bread and seafood chowder. I could have made a meal of just those two items. Warm, friendly service in a casual environment. Be prepared that it's located in the same small building as the Sleepy Monk.
