Great family owned restaurant!

My family and I visit Cannon Beach at least once a month so this visit, we decided to try The Irish Table. We made a reservation because there was 7 of us and were seated at the sharing table. We ordered one of everything on the menu and shared it all so we could sample the flavors. Everything was... read more

The Irish Table is a superb restaurant. The menu is relatively limited, and that is wise, since each dish is excellent. My rockfish entree was truly excellent -- the best preparation of rockfish I have experienced -- the the curried mussels appetizer was equally superb. My souse's salad and mushroom wellington entree was wonderful. Service was attentive, informed and most... More

We have known the co-owners for many years now from before they owned the Irish Table and were working in other restaurants in Cannon Beach. It is truly a family affair with Sean his wife Crystal (Chef) and Sean's brothers Luke and Shane and they make you feel like part of their family when you eat here. The food is... More

We ate here on a Friday evening to celebrate my birthday. It's offseason here, and they didn't take reservations for parties of two (minimum four persons, they said). We arrived at 7, and had to wait an hour for a table. I would highly recommend reservations, and maybe they relax the four-person rule during the season. This is a coffee... More

This quaint little charmer is now one of my most favorite places to eat. We had to wait two hours for our reservation (so be sure to call several hours ahead and make one, no matter the time of year!) but it was worth it. The knowledgeable and friendly waiter found us a quiet two person table in a corner,... More

What a cute place!! And, that vegetarian shepherds pie was amaze-balls! I was a little thrown off by the vegetarian part in the sense that it's not what I picture of a shepherds pie, but my my it didn't need any meat. And of course, I balanced it out with the lamb I shared with my sister, which was equally... More

We've been here a number of times over the past couple of years. Always a slight wait but well worth it. Earlier is always better. Warm ambiance, rustic feel, very charming room. Good wine selections. Seafood chowder is always excellent. We've tried most of the food. All good. We're Portland foodies and struggle to find good food at the coast.... More

We've been coming to Cannon Beach for years, and have missed this gem of a restaurant. It's located in the same space as the Sleeping Monk Cafe, so that might have led to my confusion... Anyway, we made reservations during the Christmas holidays and were pleasantly surprised by quality of the food and staff. The staff was very helpful in... More

We have an amazing time at The Irish Table during our recent trip to Cannon Beach. We are Cannon Beach regulars, but this was our first time trying this restaurant - I wish we had gone sooner! We decided to brave the restaurant with our 6-week old daughter. Many restaurant staff would have been wary to seat a couple with... More

I have had better in another restaurant but this runs a very close second. The roasted Beet Salad is fantastic. A large enough portion for those that want to split a salad. I had the Flat Iron Steak, very tender and prepared just as I requested, med-rare. The sauce was excellent with just the right spice for the culinary savvy.... More
