Spare me---"Come for the pizza, stay for the service" indeed.

In response to the the prior review: Came exactly one night later, 2/28/15. Entered the restaurant at approx. 8pm and shown to a table in the back corner by the kitchen. Delicious fresh and light crust, large slices of pepperoni, and delicious cheese. Salads were good portions with home made dressings. Servers kept our drinks filled, and our faces smiling. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

This trip was off-season so we got seated immediately. Pizza is gourmet and about double what pizza costs at a chain, but normally worth it. The crust is fantastic and not to be left behind. One tip: don't pay extra for the crab topping--too little crab. We found service to be excellent and staff was friendly.

We love this pizza. Have for 10+ years. Crust is awesome. But service is usually subpar. Tonight a server told us we can't 'share' a soda -- I had two kids with me - despite us 'sharing' sodas here for the last ten years. Zero tact. Zero empathy.

After having the worst pizza experience of my life at Fultano's I was hoping that Cannon Beach would redeem itself with Pizza a'fetta. And it kind of did. The pizza was fine. Not the best, but it was tasty and not too expensive. The problem is that I just wanted to place an order to go. I didn't realize that... More

My wife and I stopped in for a slice, and the young man was prompt and courteous. Took our orders and made us feel right at home, the way you should feel at a pizza place in Cannon Beach! The other pizza place could learn from this spot.

Like others I believe the reviews are generally too high for this restaurant. We showed up at 6pm on a Wednesday. There were a total of three tables seated including us. There was ONE person working and I will say very hard. But the wait was unreasonable. I mentioned it to him and he had a series of reasons why... More

I'm sorry you experienced a night when our staff member was alone. This normally doesn't happen. The "Owner" as you put it has been out of the office, and stat,e due to his younger brother passing from ALS. Please don't let this one night hinder you from coming back and giving us another try. It's a small place - it felt cozy on a quiet, dark September evening about an hour before closing time, though I imagine during the summer vacation season it is packed and could seem a bit crowded. Very friendly and quick service, and the pizza was very good. A solid choice in Cannon Beach.

Quite disappointed especially after reading all the raving reviews. Ordered a Big Kahuna (ham and pineapple) to go. Service was very friendly, pizza was ready in about 10 mins. Our hotel was less than a 3 min walk away. By the time we opened the box the pizza was steamed and soggy - it looked like it melted. Perhaps it... More

This review is, I'm afraid, for another business as Pizza a'fetta doesn't have a "Big Kahuna" on it's menu. The local Fultano's does have this pizza selection. It is located down the street and around the corner from Pizza a'fetta. I hope you can retract this misleading review of us. More
