Great Place go gather

Love the hometown gathering atmosphere. The food is not that exceptional, but "Seven Brides" beer is worth the visit.

The Place to be is very comfortable and has a lot of great people from Canby spending their day at the coffee shop.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade and I'm not sure if there was a disconnect, but what I got was flavor packet version of lemonade. This was 4 dollars. We ordered lunch but I ordered a gluten free option which was not gluten free and got violently ill after. My wife liked her lunch. That's why they got the 3 stars

We had a very rich and delicious chocolate torta and chocolate eclair. Counter service person appeared bored and disinterested.

The Place To Be Cafe is a comfortable environment for a meeting, a quiet place to work and a nice place to relax with a friend. My son loves playing the big chess game. The drinks are delicious and the sandwiches, soups and sweet treats hit the spot. I especially enjoy that they have some gluten free options.

I like that it's local. The food is good, the service can be spotty, only because the have a lot of different people working. They serve all meals, often have music on Fridays-need to check, Everyone is friendly

Enter the place to be is like going to someone's eclectic home, table with chair that don't match, picnic table, over-stuffed chairs. The food list is similar in style but not in taste. I had a ham berry panini which was just excellent. My wife had the French dip, again excellent. Side dish choices were interesting and varied. The staff... More

I have visited The Place to Be Cafe twice, and I recommend it as a great little place to meet friends or just hang out for coffee and/or lunch. The coffee drinks are very good, and are within the price range of most coffee shops. The food is tasty also. The thing I like most about this place is that... More
