What a nice surprise to find a restaurant like this in a small town such as Burns. Wholesome meals made with fresh ingredients, well presented, and - YUMMY. The owner states that the menu is "eclectic", translated as the chef prepares meals based on "what's fresh". I lived in the CA Wine Country for 21 years (and served as mayor... More

do order the soup of the day, you will not be disappointed! It is always some delicious cream, or broth, that is a great way to start off your meal. The cream of mushroom is our favorite, i wish it was a regular on the menu. But really, all the soups are amazing. The salads are fresh and perfectly dressed.... More

Thanks for the review. The chef has perfected his Alfredo recipe which has become a local favorite. The soups are created from ingredients that we have on hand so therefore they can be differernt every time you have them. Hope to see you again and again. More

This place has a smaller menu but everything on it is fantastic! Love the soups and the specials are always amazing. A cozy atmosphere and easy access parking.

Certainly not the fanciest place we've ever had lunch, but one shouldn't expect that in Burns, a small, rural town that seems full of nice, friendly people. Rhojo's was no exception when it came to friendly. It's off on a side street and clearly a very casual place. Menu isn't extensive (salads, sandwiches, gyros, pasta dishes mainly), but the food... Sometimes finding something to eat in small towns other then burgers and fries is difficult. When in Burns, check this place out. We ate lunch here twice. The salads had everything BUT romaine, even arugula and were beautifully and tastefully dressed. I had spaghetti once and it was my favorite. Another day both of us had gyros and so enjoyed... More

The chef is much better than the atmosphere would suggest. The only entree available was linguini, but it was done just right with a selection of unusually good sauces. Dinner included an unusual, delicious appetizer (a risotto ball), and other courses. Unusually good wine list for a small remote town.

We had lunch with friends and they had heard about this place located on a side street. The food was great but a bit pricey for the serving.

Food was simple and fresh, very yummy. We had lamb and chicken gyros and chicken Alfredo. Atmosphere was small town charming. There were four tables that seat two people, four tables that seat four people, and one table that seats ten people. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Service was quick but not rushed. We felt the prices were very... More
