Good Mexican food, service and prices. I love their tortilla soup and lunch specials. We alway manage to eat here at least once when we are visiting Brookings.

We go to Pancho when we are in rooming and have a craving for Mexican. The service is always fast and friendly. They keep your drinks and chips filled. The food is always good and the prices are fair.

We have eaten here over the years. In the last 2 months we have noticed a downhill in service, food quality, and overall mood. They lost staff and you can see the difference. We will not be back!

We had heard positive reviews, however both my husband and I found the food to be bland. We tend to prefer Mexican food that is a bit more flavorful. If you like less spicy this would probably be good. The margaritas were very tasty though!

My husband and I dined here on a Tuesday evening in Brookings, OR. It is a quaint, Mexican restaurant and we really enjoyed ourselves. We started with chips and some of the best salsa we've ever had. It was medium thick with the perfect kick to it. I ordered steak fajitas and husband had two enchiladas with rice and beans.... More

Great Margaritas and fantastic food. n if you are on 101 heading North or South don't drive by. Good service and the locals recommended we go here. Being Brookings residents now we will go time and time again. Don't miss out! You'll be sorry...

Of the three different Mexican Restaurants I have tried in Brookings... Pancho's had slightly better tasting food and the place was the cleanest of the three as well. The service was decent and our order came pretty quickly. The salsa was not spicy enough and bland tasting. I almost always order a Chilis Relleno when I eat Mexican food. I... More

Enchiladas were just okay. Salsa needs a lot of help! No spice, just watery tomato juice. We tried this place again after several years because friends heard it was good. None of us will be back. Go down the street, any of the others are better!

We had a great Mexican dinner here last night. The shrimp tacos, ordered with a side of guacamole, were so fresh-tasting and delicious, as were the house made chips and salsa offered at the table. Ordered a pitcher of Cadillac margaritas for our group...just the right balance of citrus, sweetness, and kick! Great service, too. Looking forward to our next... More
