What can I say, it is typical "Mexican" food... I don't know how authentic, but there are plenty of items to choose from, the presentation is decent, and the food is always tasty. Never anything to make me rave, but never anything I want to complain about. For those nights when I just don't want to cook, there is Pancho's.... More

Give this one a shot. You won't find a better Mexican meal in the region, along with a large menu and quick service. Options include a number of excellent shrimp presentations. Terrific cultural ambiance. Brookings is lucky to have a Latino restaurant of this caliber.

Our family went to the coast for the day, after a beautiful day on the beach Pancho's was warm and welcoming. The waiter was great, food was great. Thank you for a great dinner

The chili relanios (sp) are excellent. The lunch specials are cheap and the food is so-so. The red sauce has a distinct tomato taste so I would say order the green. Salsa is good not great. Burritos are big we ordered the meat hamburger not to good. Cheese enchilada were good. Place was very clean we stood for awhile before... More

To start off, the chips were very stale. Salsa like water. Service is not bad. But the food was not good. I ordered the crab enchiladas. They tasted like big spoonfuls of salt. We never did get out check, so had to go to the register to pay. Not the worst we have ever had, but certainly not the best.

Man did this hit the spot, Huge plates of good food. Husband had enchaladas and a very good tamale and I had shrimp in crema. Oh my. So Yummy. And the beans and rice were good also. Also appreciate that they have several beers on tap including a local beer.

We hit a gold mine on the way through Brookings, Oregon. Pancho's was great! Delicious food, VERY reasonably priced, EXCELLENT service (one of the best waitresses we've ever had!), comfortable eating (both indoor and out), accommodating for a family with four young children. We would absolutely recommend Pancho's.

Pancho's is a great lunch and dinner spot located on the North end of 101 Highway in Brookings. Their menu is very broad and will appeal to all. This is one of the very few Mexican Restaurants I know of that will serve you whole Pinto beans if requested. All their meat are outstanding. Pork Verde with green sauce being... More
