This is our "special occasion" favorite. The food is always excellent. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. This is a great place to take out of town guests, especially if you want to impress them!

We always celebrate special occasions here. The food is great (love the calamari steak) and the service is excellent. We like to eat in the lounge and they often times have a piano player.

What really stood out for us at O'Holleran's was the service. We were promptly seated and the server was very attentive to our needs. I had the top sirloin and my wife tried the razor clams. Each was very good. We were also entertained with live music during our visit.

Had dinner there on a Saturday night and really enjoyed the live keyboard player, who also played the saxophone. We both had the prime rib, ordered rare and it was prepared just right. The baked potato was also good, with all the trimmings. Veggies could have been less done, but all in all a great dinner.

The restaurant is kind of dumpy from the outside, but it has been completely remodeled inside. I loved the stained glass! The waitress was attentive and helpful. The food was yummy! I had calamari, rice (yum!),broccoli, salad, and bread, and everything was good and fresh! If I lived in Brookings, I would definitely go back!
