Thought that the meal was fine but nothing over the top in terms of creativity or presentation. We had a nice waitress and the room is well laid out in terms of being able to hear your dining mate.

Bend is an amazing and delightful city to visit for many reasons...culinary delights being the exception. The local food scene primarily consists of really great coffee shops and bakeries and, chain restaurants and drive throughs. A visit to Ariana changes all of that. Located in a charming older home, their food and ambiance is fantastic. Add to that an excellent... More

We saved Ariana for a special occasion and so glad we did! The wait staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and high end. Everything was delicious and the options were really fun (check out the menu!). Loved our food. I had the pork shank and it was like butter. . . no knife needed to eat this delicious meat. Drinks were... More

The beet salad, all of the entrees, wine selection, service, ambiance and there is more. I would not hesitate to recommend this dining experience. The noise certainly was not any factor as mentioned in one review; everyone was delighted to be there eating wonderful food! Bend is a social town, if it is difficult to eat out and be disturbed... This is defintely one of the top restaurants I have been too. This is the kind of quality restuarant you would expect in a place like New York or Las Vegas. The beef carpacio was outstanding. The shrimp and grits were excellent with a nice southwest twist to it. The seared scallops over dungeness crab risotto was amazing. And the... More

We had heard that this restaurant was one of the best in Bend and it lived up to our expectations. It's located in a little bungalow, maybe not the most scenic area but it works. We chose to do the 5 course chef's tasting and added wine pairings to each course. It was well worth it! All of our food... More

We had a great expectation visiting this Restaurant last Saturday. It was a gift certificate from our son. And a very generous one! What we found was the sound level was so disturbing we could barely finish our dinner. Not only that, the staff encouraging the table next to us to be louder. We mentioned this to the maître d' and he... More

Ariana has a charming, cottage-style, white-table-cloth ambiance, and a very friendly, accommodating wait staff. However, I'm sorry to say that I must agree with what a couple other reviewers commented on. The meal portions were relatively small, and the bill at the end contrastingly large. After enjoying a bowl of delicious celery bisque soup, things went downhill. Per what seems... More

Located in a charming house in downtown Bend, Ariana Restaurant prepares and serves excellent meals. The soup of the day was Caramelized Onion which, after reading a review praising this soup, I ordered and enjoyed so much I am now asking for the recipe to try out at home! For my entree I selected the Filet Mignon; a rare treat... More
