ok

It was a decent meal, fair price, service slow, and sparse, considering I was traveling with a conference for over 300 people

Dinner was a short walk over the Deschutes River through a covered bridge. The service and the food were excellent. We would definitely dine here next time in Bend.

The steaks are delicious! I can't always afford them, but when I can, I do. I've always gotten the NY Strip, but I bet the other cuts are delicious too.

We were staying at the Riverside Hotel in Bend. The Crossings restaurant was there and convenient. I ate in the lounge where most of the eaters were eating rather than the restaurant. It was very good and inexpensive. Staying at the Riverhouse gave us a free drink in the lounge so why not eat there? I also ate breakfast there... More

We really liked this place. We sat on the deck for a duration of our meal just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Drinks were excellent as well as our food!

I had dinner with a group to celebrate a birthday. We ate in the dining room. The atmosphere is old convention hall felling but they are getting ready to complete a much needed renovation. I ordered a New York strip, medium rare, baked potato and vegetable. The plate was priced at $32. The steak was o.k., tender enough, but a... More

Great food and service. The bartender was wonderful and very helpful. The steak was extremely tender and tasted great!

We were there with family, and had a lovely private table, with wonderful service. Good beers, wine and food. Drunken shrimp are a great appetizer, and prime rib sandwich very good. We went out on the deck afterwards to see the river--really a lovely experience all around!

We have stayed at the River House before, but stayed at the Shilo Inn next door this time. Very happy to be walking distance from this restaurant. Good food, great service and great ambiance.

This is an older property so keep that in mind. Pluses include being right on the river so you can literally walk down to it. Great bed and new carpet. Minuses include a luke warm breakfast with signs all over the place warning you not to leave with food. Very off-putting.
