Description: On February 1st 2012, nearly 25 years after our Bond Street Public House...
On February 1st 2012, nearly 25 years after our Bond Street Public House opened as the original home of Deschutes Brewery, we tapped the keg on a new era. Our newly expanded Pub offers more space, more seats, more service and one long-awaited less: wait times. As always, our talented team of chefs use only the finest ingredients, with an emphasis on fresh and handcrafted products. Everything possible, including sausage, breads and mustard is made on premise. Even your burger will come from local beef partially raised on feed recycled from our brewing process. And Bond Street remains your ringside seat on limited batch and experimental brews as well as year-round classic brews.

Popular and busy place

My husband and I went there on a Tuesday night. The place was bustling! We were seated quickly and we saw tables cleared and people seated during the time we were at the restaurant. The place has a lot of seating, with options on the main floor, second level, and outside. We both had the elk... read more

patio seating. Great service once they seated us. (they failed to notice they had space available - 2 tables - but apologized once we drew it to their attention) Our pup enjoyed "under the table" and water was offered to her. We enjoyed great brew and delicious food (so NOT what is served in many other pubs) My pulled pork... More

While on business in Redmond Oregon we drove to Bend for diner at the Brewery. The wait staff did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience but the kitchen really messed up. Our order it seemed got lost behind a group of 20 and after 1 hour we asked where was dinner. There were no special orders, it... More

Had a great lunch in this friendly public house on Bond Street. We would definitely recommend the fish and chips and the mushroom quinoa burger (vegetarian). The service was fast and friendly and the food was yummy!

Casual, fun dining with very friendly staff and great food. I enjoyed the beer sampler and everyone in our party enjoyed the food.

We had a great outdoor table, right next to the sidewalk, so we could watch the foot traffic going by. It was much quieter than inside. We sampled a variety of good-tasting beers. My only disappointment was I ordered a vegie pizza that was spiced up with lots of red chiles. Not what I expected!

This was an interesting and fun place. Of course, the highlight wass checking out the beer samples prior to the tour. We were allowed up to 4 small glasses from an extensive and eclectic list.

We really enjoyed lunch at Deschutes so much we ate here twice on a recent trip thru bend. The food excellent and the staff was top notch. They went the extra mile to quickly seat us and our dogs on the patio and made sure the dogs had a bowl with plenty of cool water. Visit Deschutes if you are... More

This is a long established brewery. The staff is great, you are able to receive pours for free, the staff is very helpful. Tours are available, there is also a lot of merchandise. No visit to Bend is complete without a visit to Deschutes!

This is one of the pub I almost always visit when I am on business travel in town. Love the great beer selection, and food. The ambient is great as well.
