Description: On February 1st 2012, nearly 25 years after our Bond Street Public House...
On February 1st 2012, nearly 25 years after our Bond Street Public House opened as the original home of Deschutes Brewery, we tapped the keg on a new era. Our newly expanded Pub offers more space, more seats, more service and one long-awaited less: wait times. As always, our talented team of chefs use only the finest ingredients, with an emphasis on fresh and handcrafted products. Everything possible, including sausage, breads and mustard is made on premise. Even your burger will come from local beef partially raised on feed recycled from our brewing process. And Bond Street remains your ringside seat on limited batch and experimental brews as well as year-round classic brews.

Great food, long wait

Sat for lunch around 2:30 with no problems, the waiter was hard to keep tabs on, and forgot minor details about our order. But was great to offer beer specials, and food suggestions.

I enjoyed my lunch here a lot. The "chips" were fabulous--some of the best fries ever. and fish was great--as only real beer battered fish can be.

...every visit after that has been in some way, disappointing...from not knowing how to cook fish and chicken so you don't get sick, to the off-and-on abysmal service...it's just not consistently good enough for more than 2 stars, sorry.

We went here to grab a pint. Well, RANDALL, our server suggested we try some wonder Fish and Chips. YUMMO!! Probably the BEST fish and chips I've ever had. Panko coated. They were HUGE and tasty. Great place to check out the brews along with the wonderful food.

A decent meal and good beer. The saison is very nice and the chocolate icecream sandwich was a nice finish to our meal.

Came through on our drive back to home in NV. Had to wait 30 minutes on a Thursday night to be seated but boy was it worth it. The beer selection is very good but not many "lighter" beers, mostly IPA's-wife doesn't like big hoppy beers. The food items were fantastic and had great flavor. The only thing a little... More

Loved the choose your own adventure sampler, where you can choose 6 different brews. All our food was good for pub food, high quality and delish. Friendly staff but environment was a bit loud and lots of traffic.

Deschutes has been around the longest in Bend, but I tell you what, their food is excellent. They just started to dry age their steaks and those are fantastic! All their food is really top notch and they have one of the best pretzels around! Beer is solid, but is pretty common and easy to find around the NW. But... More
