On February 1st 2012, nearly 25 years after our Bond Street Public House opened as the original home of Deschutes Brewery, we tapped the keg on a new era. Our newly expanded Pub offers more space, more seats, more service and one long-awaited less: wait times. As always, our talented team of chefs use only the finest ingredients, with an emphasis on fresh and handcrafted products. Everything possible, including sausage, breads and mustard is made on premise. Even your burger will come from local beef partially raised on feed recycled from our brewing process. And Bond Street remains your ringside seat on limited batch and experimental brews as well as year-round classic brews.

Always Something New

Been eating and drinking here since 1988. The Brewery has adapted over the years and always offered a great variety of foods and excellent ales. We are a group of guys who meet on Fridays for lunch going on 27 years now. The service has always been great and there's specials every week that have... read more

This is a review for the Public House in downtown Bend. As the address listed indicates, it's on a major street. Parking was always a snap. The food is at the high end of what you'd expect. Really awfully good and satisfying. The brews are not to be missed, as I believe Oregon, and perhaps especially Deschutes, produces some of... More

I'm a local. Been in Bend for over 15 years. When they remodeled, we went to dinner. Great service, but the food was awful. Chalked it up to a one time fluke. Went again a few months later. Ordered something different. Same result. In a rush the 3rd (and last) time and decided we would never go again.

I love the experience, the facility is perfect for families or for a night out. Best burgers you'l ever have! The other food is amazing too. Wonderful salads...the prices are pretty reasonable too. Then did I mention the beer? Of course the beer is amazing.

My daughter and I have had many dates to this brewery and among the many local breweries here in Bend, Or. this would have to be her favorite place to have a dinner date with me. Excellent beer, great atmosphere and an innovative menu to choose from. Don't stop here, just start here.

We stopped by on our first night in Bend for beers and dinner. I haven't been there for years and I was surprised how much bigger it is. Very nice place. We ordered two beers. I got the Modbad which was fantastic. The service was outstanding. Although my wife ordered a burger cooked medium and it came almost raw. The... More

The place was packed this night. Despite the large crowds we only had to wait 10 or 15 minutes to get seated. It was our first time there, but our friends had been here before. Our server was prompt and brought the drinks quickly while we perused the menu. Lots of choices that looked great. Our entrees arrived quickly and... More

Very good beer and the food varied from good to very good. Very popular place with a nice mix of locals and tourist.

Very courteous and quick seating, even considering it was 5 PM and we had a large group. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The setting is old mill pub style, a little loud, but that would be expected in a pub. Tables were well spread to give elbow room and tone down background noise. Food, yeah....really, really good. We... More

Great selection of beer to choose from. I tried 6 and loved 5. Good was also awesome. Had the steak salad but more importantly, the chickpea app was to die for!
