Best back ally coffee ever!

Great little place literally off the beaten path as it's in an ally. They have a small commercial roaster in the shop and bring green beans from all over the world. Great atmosphere inside and you can sit in old school desks out in Tin Pan Ally. Really knowledgeable staff that make you feel at... read more

This must be where all the central Oregon hipsters hideout to tell each other how original they are. If you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time amongst an unfriendly staff for coffee then this place is for you. They get one star for a cool world map on the wall. I waited so long for my coffee that... More

What a find. Recommended by a friend, we stopped in for a latte on our first morning in Bend and had to go back on day two as well. The maple latte was delicious using just the right amount of real maple syrup from Vermont. Charming shop with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Always looking for the "best' coffee in whatever city I visit I was very happy to find (based on a waitresses recommendation the night before) Lone Pine. A little hard to find and I don't remember any food options, but if I lived in Bend this would be my coffee stop. Roasted on site and as good as any I've... More

Bend has as many coffee roasters as brewery's, and this is one of the best. Located in a little alley off Minnesota Avenue, this cozy nook brews top notch coffee. It's low acidity level and creaminess make it a wonderful treat. They also have treats available from local bakeries The Sparrow and Baked. The day I was there, they were... More

Just down the alley opposite the Oxford Hotel is this specialty espresso barista. As a bit of a coffee snob we found this establishment to be top quality. It obviously has a lot of local fans because it was busy despite its rather obscure location. Check it out.

Downtown Bend was smaller and more quaint than I thought it would be. There are lovely coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and cute boutiques throughout. We especially loved Lone Pine Coffee. Will be back for sure!!!
