Flatbread is an upbeat Neapolitan pizzeria and wine bar specializing in serving authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) of Naples, Italy. We strictly adhere to the regulations set forth not only by the VPN, but by long-standing tradition. Offering craft brews from around the region, unique wines, a full bar with specialty cocktails, and an amazing happy hour from 3-6pm every day. Perfect for families as kid's make their own pizza right at their table, then watch it bake in our 900 degree wood burning oven. The menu is balanced out with a selection of market fresh salads, focaccia sandwiches and possibly the most amazing mac-n-cheese you'll find. Join us for a hip, urban and fun dining experience.

Yummy

I had the tomato soup, which was very flavorful. The kale and stone fruit salad was so yummy. For as crowded and busy as this place was the food came out really quickly. The waitress was friendly and the prices were fair. I would like to eat here again and try the pizza. The location is in the Old... read more

This is our third time here and each time has been met with friendly staff and great food. My latest find is the happy hour 3-6pm most nights. The $4 pints is a great start, especially since they always have some taps from those crowded local pubs you can't get a seat at. The also have better than average wine... More

ordered two pizzas (margherita and chicken and portobello) and a caesar salad. Salad was artistically presented (four wedges of romaine with dressing and croutons) but quantity seemed rather small and dressing a bit too salty. Pizzas were pretty good but seemed kinda small for the price.

I love the Old Mill district in Bend and hadn't seen this restaurant before, went with a friend who lives in Bend and we really liked it as well. The Macaroni and Cheese was great, kind of like Fettucini Alfredo without the chicken. The little pizza's are fun, the kids get to do a little work on their own. I... More

Came with friends, family and kids. All were happy with service, food, drinks and atmosphere. Have been to all three locations in Idaho, and was happy to support bend location too. Love the veggie pizza, pep/sausage/mushroom is family favorite, great salads. BEST chocolate chip cookies with milk!

It is a great place to visit. You can see all the wood that they use for their wood burning pizza oven and has a great, warm ambiance. My husband tried the beer flight. It was great. I had the wine flight. The local wines were great, especially the Malbec. We shared their Deconstructed Italian salad which had grilled vegetables,... More

Flatbread was burnt, got red sauce spilled on my shirt when a server flung a plate into a dish bin behind me and one person in our party didn't get his meal until after the other three were done eating. The place was crowed with soccer kids and parents and it seemed to be complete chaos. When I showed the... More

Went to Flatbread for lunch with a large group of family for my nephews birthday. We loved it. From the minute we walked in with our reservation everybody was so friendly. The food was very good with many choices. Loved our flatbread, salads and drinks. Our server was awesome, it's hard to serve a large group and she was right... More

All eateries were packed on a weekend but we walked the old mill district for a few minutes and got right in. Great service and excellent food!

Due to a mess up by booking.com with our hotel reservation and having to sort out a place to stay, we were eating very late when most of the other restaurants were closing. Clay, our server, was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, very tasty and as it was Happy Hour so very... More
