Excellent Happy Hour

While the food here is good, I believe it is a bit over priced. However, if you go during their Happy Hour (very busy), you can get some very good food at very good prices.

New chef is awesome. Plates are more interesting. Food tastes fresher. A great improvement for already one of the best restaurants on the west side. The stars are the entrees and the small plates. The deserts are lack luster, but I don't go to a restaurant of this caliber for desert. Also feels more welcoming and friendly than in the... More

Living in Beaverton we have been to this eatery numerous times over the years for lunches and dinners. Positives include a clean environment and good service with the culinary aspects being above average. Negatives would include a menu which for the most part has remained unchanged, a somewhat noisy environment, and pricing beyond the quality and portion size of offered... More

Our go-to place in Portland/Beaverton. What is not to like when a place offers and inviting environment, good service and wonderful food and drink. Good seafood seafood selection along with beef, chicken, etc. Noise level is moderate and staff is very welcoming.. You don't have to drive to downtown Portland to be wowed.

They had no record of my online reservation. Or server, Xavier was attentive, knowledgeable, but overloaded with tables. My wife ordered the fillet special and I ordered the seafood stew. Her steak was tough; my stew had a good variety of sea creatures but not spectacular. Xavier recommended a great pinot noir to go with the chocolate terrine desert. All... More

My friend and I decided to have an early dinner on New Years Eve and neither of us wanted to go very far, so we chose Hall Street. She had been there previously, but it was a first for me. We got there early and were told we could sit in the lounge, which is huge and comfortable, and they... More

With family visiting for the holiday, we decided to have some "grown up time", so booked a sitter for all the kids and looked for a place nearby with a Happy Hour. Very pleased with the beer choices, cocktails and munchies - especially the Coconut Prawns. Their fries were absolutely delish, and they have specialty tacos which change day-to-day (prime... More

The quality of the food is evidenced by the popularity of this restaurant, however, that translates to "busy" and a little too noisy for quiet conversation.

My first visit to Hall Street, everyone else in our group had been there several times. I have to say we had a wonderful time. We had Wine by the glass a very nice a Cab. I choose the Chefs special it was amazing. And a wonderful Apple Bread pudding. But, the nicest thing our waiter Christian was beyond amazing.... More

Solid food. Price is average. Atmosphere is nice. Enjoy eating there for business meeting once a month.
