Go for the noodles & napa, try to ignore everything else.

The wait on weekends can be interminable, the service indifferent & the ambience non-existent, but two things make a visit to this Beaverton hole-in-the-wall worthwhile: their hand pulled noodles (if you're a first-timer, I'd recommend the "Noodle w/ Black Bean Sauce"—it's a great intro to their amazing noodles) and their ridiculously delicious "Napa w/ Spicy Pork" dish. Great little spot. Excellent food here at this small restaurant. I've only tried the beef bulgogi and pork noodles, which are handmade and amazing. Every time I want to try something different I just can't since I love these two dishes! Maybe next time...

This place is quite small and very popular, so be prepared to wait for a table. It's worth it though, as the food is really good! If you leave your mobile number on the wait list at the entrance, then you will get a call as soon as it is your turn.

Hand pulled noodles are the name of the game in this narrow restaurant located on 1st street in Beaverton. Either sit at the tables or at the bar overlooking the small kitchen. I would prefer that the noodles be more "Korean" rather than for American taste. The vegetable used add little to the dish.

Love love love Du Kuh Bee! I try something new each time. The pork/noodles (don't remember the name) are still my favorite.

Yummy food, atmosphere not the best, but food makes up for it. Recommend dumplings and Mom's spareribs, and, of course, the noodles.

This is our family's second visit to the restaurant and the food did not disappoint, however we left with the same feeling after both visits: the service lacks terribly and the very tight quarters subject you to the pleasantries (or lack thereof) of the guests at neighboring tables. We love the house noodles as the other reviewers noted. The baby... More

Du Kuh Bee is a very good, authentic Asian restaurant. It strongly reminded me of the food i had in Singapore - lots of fusion foods there. The atmosphere is OK, but the service and food were great. it was a meal i won't forget for some time.

the service can be frustrating slow , however you come here for the amazing noodles-- a fusion of Chinese and Korean not found anywhere else, my family is honestly "addicted" to their noodle dishes-- the other dishes are well prepared and tasty.. but come for the noodles..

Had the spicy cucumber salad, dumplings and shrimp noodles-medium heat. Holy yum! Beaverton Korean food at its finest. Waited about 30. Go in, put your name on the list and take a stroll. Small waiting area so plan to not wait inside the restaurant. There is always something exciting when you are waiting for one of only 10 or so... More
