decarli restaurant is where rustic meets modern. Chef/owner, Paul DeCarli, pulls from his Swiss-Italian roots to create a menu that reflects his heritage as well as combine local Northwest ingredients. Polenta fries with gorgonzola butter, mussels in fennel-saffron cream sauce, and espresso-braised shortribs are just a few of the many "must-haves.” Soaring open beam ceilings with rustic brick walls add to the ambiance of this 1924 historic building.

Started exploring since moving to the "burbs" and Decarli's did not disappoint! Environment was great, food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. Two couples from Portland ventured out to Beaverton on a Friday night. Traffic was a problem, but it was worth the trip. We were surprised--downtown Beaverton was bustling, and Decarli's was buzzing. It was good that we had a reservation, and we got seated right away. Service was excellent: attentive and friendly. There were lots of couples, families and groups.... More

Decarli's restaurant is one of our favorite places to eat in Beaverton. Italian food is by it's nature focused on simple food done exquisitely. When Decarli does this, they can't be beat; when they stray from this concept a dish can be hit or miss. Among their best dishes are the double cut pork chops which they do on Friday... More

Good food & drinks! Sat in bar area for happy hour...kinda small & pricey, but worth it. Haven't tried dinner yet, but it looks delish.

It's weird in city of great restaurants that there are so few on the very large west side of Portland metro. However, this is one of the few. It has a very small bar so it is hard to get a seat unless you're at the door when they open at 5pm. Note, closed on Mondays. Usually it's best to... More

Nice evening lights, bricks and wooden tables, good food, with unusual Italian cuisine menu. Everything well done indeed. You may want to come here for business, romance or family time. The menu option is not that wide, but what's on the list is truly special. This is a step-forward for Italian restaurants in US. The bar scene is to be... More

I love that this restaurant popped up a few years back in Beaverton. Unfortunately, Beaverton doesn't have many really good quality restaurant/bar options that have not only great food, but a great atmosphere as well. The bartender is amazing and always friendly. I've never gotten bad service while dining there. Staff is awesome!

It's awesome to have a nice restaurant like Decarli right in little Beaverton. Saves us the hassle of sitting in traffic to get to PDX. We enjoy the happy hour eats and the fabulous cocktails. The staff is excellent. The only downside is the noise level - when the place gets busy it's very noisy!

Usually enjoy the happy hours, but the actual restaurant is a must. Great food, awesome service! I'd pit the Decarli dining experience against any restaurant downtown and you don't have to go all the way down there. Don't forget about Watsons around the corner.
