This would be my forth visit to The Loft, first time with my wife (for her birthday!) and again it was simply great. It's hard for restaurants to retain good staff out on the coast (just read the reviews of Redfish down in Port Orford) but the staff at The Loft are as great as the food so it's a... More

We were lucky that evening as we were offered a table without booking. It was last table before 7pm when afterwards the place was crowded. The food and service was very good and the dishes were well interestingly presented. We had good view of the ocean eventhough our table was not by the windows. The only snag was that the... More

We enjoyed every bite - from the beautiful large scallops, melt in your mouth butterfish, to the outstanding desserts - we didn't share this time - his- lemon tart; hers-goat cheesecake! The view of the marina is nice; very pleasant & helpful waitress, background music to our taste. One of the best restaurants in the upper $$ that we have... More

You are upstairs, so the view is great. The food is creatively presented (the kind you photograph first, but not tiny portions and not piled too high to eat without destroying). The restaurant is small and the tables are next to an attractive bar. The atmosphere is adult, and I highly recommend leaving children at home. Four of us had... More

One of the best places, period! This unassuming location is home to a rare find anywhere, but especially the Bandon waterfront. The Butterfish was exquisite, Beef Filets tender, the Beet Salad was made with some of the freshest feta I've ever enjoyed; each bite was as surprisingly good as the former. I can't stand goat cheese, but the server earned... More

We had an amazing dinner all around. From the Salmon Crudo through heirloom tomato salad and butter fish entree everything was delicious. The service was excellent and staff knew the wines on their list helping to make for a perfect pairing. We will be back!

Wow, what a find! My boyfriend and I were in Bandon for a weeks vacation and happened to stumble upon the Loft and oh am I glad we did! We started out with the Salmon Crudo special ( thin cut raw salmon on a salt block) it was literally like silk in your mouth. Never in my life have I... More

The food is amazing. Absolutely delicious and made with love. Beautifully decorated with the best ingredients. A must when in Bandon. Reservations should be made since it is small and often full.

Just dined again last night at The Loft. Went with three friends (from New York and Palm Springs) who had never been to The Loft before. They couldn't stop talking about the food...presentation, flavor, service, etc. They were just at the end of a two week trip from LA to San Francisco and said this was by far the best... More

Fabulous food and service! We are on vacation and have come twice - and plan to return. The steak tartare is out of this world! BUTTERFISH ...... You must try it. If you are lucky enough to have the chef make you the salmon dish, don't pass it up. After an incredible dinner we had the goat cheese cheesecake -... More
