It was our last stop and we took along a number of treats. Excellent chocolate. Wish I had known how good their marshmallows were--I had one of the Smores, but should have had more and tried more of the others. The salt caramels were also really good. You can't go wrong with a chocolate bar, either. The other chocolates we... More

Bought a couple of their decadent deserts - our usual stop. It's a given that when we are in Bandon, Coastal Mist is a must stop. Highly recommend the desert that had Maker's Mark, it's like a luxury vacation experience in a complete package:)

My wife and have visited several times and each time we are encouraged to try something new and I have never been disappointed. I am a huge fan of their sandwiches, especially the "Hamwhich"! Recently I tried a breakfast pastry and it was amazing... Don't forget the truffles and all the other indulgent treats! These folks know their stuff and... More

After a great sandwich at the Sea Star Bisro around the corner we stipped here for a treat. We shared a chocolate or 2 or 4... <smile> it was very good and fresh. I would recommend stopping there to entice your chocolate cravings.

My husband and I visited twice because we enjoyed the food so much. We split the cranberry/turkey sandwich the first day which was very good. The bread was very fresh which I appreciated. I really liked the flavor of the potato salad too. Also, my chocolate dessert was awesome. The second day, we picked up the ham sandwich and cranberry... More

There were loads of options and all beautifully presented. Was tempted to try the drinking chocolate. They also had a drinking caramel. I don't know how you drink 12 ounces of caramel and not end up in diabetic shock so I stuck to picking out a truffle. It was a root beer truffle and was everything I'd hoped it would... More

This place is SO good. The owner is very friendly and enjoyable to visit with as well. It is a small well decorated shop with a well chosen offering of souvenirs and chocolates. I would rate them one of the best chocolateers I've tasted....and I LOVE chocolate and attend our local chocolate festival every year I can. It was clear... More

I had a piece of chocolate, yum! I had a lime tart... bliss, simply bliss. Flavorful without being too sweet, loads of delicate flavors, worth the 90 twisting mile drive. Highly recommend Coastal Mist! On our day trip to the cost, Coastal Mist was second only to the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

Not only are these chocolates and pastries beyond delicious but they are beautifully crafted. It's obvious that the owners take great pride in what they do and use only the finest ingredients. We came all the way down from Vancouver, Washington and it was well worth the trip. Steve & Janice C.

We've not had a meal here but always stop and buy chocolates for ourselves and our friends. Everything they make is divine and so pretty you almost don't want to take a bite (but you do). We always bring some back to the Willamette Valley and share with other chocoholics that we know.
