Beautiful view from upstairs bar and restaurant

We stopped in for drinks prior to dinner. Tide was coming in so even better for a pleasant evening. Other patrons were having dinner and it looked and smelled fabulous. We had the fresh Pacific Halibut Provençal w/garlic, Roma tomato, fresh basil & white wine butter sauce that came w/a side of asparagus & rice. It was the best tasting halibut I have ever tasted! Our waitress, RayJean, (sp?) was very attentive & provided excellent service! We might have to come back tomorrow night & have the fish-n-chip which looked... More

The food this visit was fantastic. We had the pan fried calamari appetizer which was the best calamari we've ever had. I had the rockfish, which I've had before, and is fresh, moist, tender, and flavorful. My wife had the halibut which was also great, but she did wish that she went for the rockfish which she said was better.... More

We stayed at the Best Western Inn at Face Rock. We asked Hailey at the front desk for a recommendation for a restaurant that had ambience, an ocean view, delicious food and great service - she gave us a few names and we went with Edgewaters. It's a two-story building in Old Historic Town in Bandon. The hostess immediately could... More

We enjoyed an excellent dinner here. The halibut special was well prepared and cooked to perfection. We were able to share the goat cheese platter and is was superb! The waitress was attentive without being overbearing and the whole experience was positive

Food was very good and so was the service. Prices were a bit high. The clam chowder was incredible and so was the seafood romenesco. Dessert was heavenly.

Two fish specials --- salmon and halibut --- were well prepared and, important to us, not over-cooked. Nice! Crab cakes were above average. Splendid views from the upstairs lounge/bar area -- with lots of tables and only a bit of extra bar noise (and a better view than downstairs dining room). Waitress noticed we were bird watching and brought over... More

Nice view and ambiance. The tables were nicely spaced so that it seemed more intimate and not crowded. The decor was updated and very nice, and the view of the water was great. Service was friendly but very, very slow. The food was good, but not exceptional. I ordered the sauteed rockfish, which was quite delicious. My husband ordered fish... More

Lovely view and wonderful food. We had fried oysters for an app. they were wonderful and I don't like oysters. My hubby had aged rib eye steak he said it was the best steak he has had in years. I had something I had never had before Seafood Romesco I know why they have it down as a local favorite... More

Last Summer on a road trip, we stayed overnight in Brandon on our way to NorCal. Got to town around 6p and went foraging or dinner - Edgewater's was one of the few nearby places that came up. I wasn't expecting much and we were pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. It was off season and cooler out, so... More
