We loved this place we went back for seconds. This little place has very fresh fish just off the boat. It's a little on the expensive side but worth it.

Sorry, but i don't get the adulation. We stopped in for a bowl of clam chowder that turned out thin, runny, with pathetically few bits of potato and less evidence of clams. The garlic taost was a pieve of thin white bread with stuff smeared on it.

We stopped here while doing some sightseeing on Christmas Eve and the place was packed, which we figured was a good sign. Ordered the fish and chips (cod) and clam chowder. The portions were quite sizable, as this was more than enough food for my husband and I for lunch. The breading was not too heavy, and although we agree... More

We have eaten here most likely 60 or more times. Almost always we have a clam basket for lunch. The meal is so good and so large some times we order 1 meal for 2 people. I have eaten claims all over the world and this us a world class clam shack. Nothing fancy, just good food. Next time your... More

There were far more customers around this little food place than any other that we saw, with plenty of outdoor seating (umbrellas for the sunny day) and limited indoor seating. The line was fairly long but the staff was up to the challenge, turning out great seafood at reasonable prices. We went for the fresh, batter-fried halibut, about $17 per... More

My family and I have dined here many times. Their fried prawns and fish are pretty good. Their fries were not that great this last time...tasted a bit stale. The time before (in August) they were way too salty. Their chowder is pretty good. It isn't the best I've ever had, but it has a good flavor. The building isn't... More

Top notch fish and chips! The portion size was bigger than I could eat, but the price was reasonable. The place is small, low key, and crowded, so keep that in mind. Service was attentive, but a bit overwhelmed with the lunch rush. Liked the local of touch of adding cranberries to the cole slaw.

We aren't in Bandon often, but when we are, we usually pay a visit to this restaurant and have been pleased. This place is tiny and always busy. Tonight we were lucky enough to get inside seating for 8 of us. As usual, the staff is friendly and prompt. Everyone enjoyed their dinners; the clam chowder was a favorite. The... More

If you like fish & chips (which we really do!), then be sure to include the Bandon Fish Market on your bucket list of restaurants to visit. The service is sometimes a little slow, and there are a limited number of tables so you can't always find a table. However, these inconveniences fade away when the fish & chips arrive.... More

I said it in the title. Have to repeat it! The clam chowder is the beat in Bandon!!!! The Farmers Market that runs from May to mid December is a teat. Local produce, homemade goodies and local artisans. Wonderful people!
