This restaurant was recommended by staff at the hotel we stayed in (Windermere on the Beach) and we are glad we took paid attention. The blueberry pancakes were excellent, as were the sausage patties - a bit spicy but I enjoyed them. The veggie omelette with spicy chicken added was delicious. Excellent coffee!

We had dinner with friends who had eaten here before. They had chicken fried steak with cream gravy and salad bar. I had fried oysters. All were large portions and better than average. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. It was a nice experience.

We went to this restaurant on a Friday morning. It looked busy but nothing crazy. We were seated right away and placed our orders at 10:15. Around 10:45 I started noticing diners leaving without getting their food. I've worked in food service so I was willing to be somewhat patient. Finally at 11:00 I checked with our waitress on the... Was traveling with a large group so we ate in shifts. I had the cod and it was really light a flaky. On the other hand the chowder was terrible. One spoon was enough. Very fishy. Nice atmosphere, good service.

I stayed in Bandon recently while driving up the coast of California and Oregon with my Mother and Sister. My mother was tired of seafood, so we initially picked a Mexican restaurant from the reviews, but didn't like the looks of the place when we arrived. We ended up stopping at The Station instead, without having read any of the... More

I had a cheese and mushroom omelette with side of fruit and a slice of toast. Best omelette I've ever eaten. Light and fluffy. Hub had steak and eggs. Steak was cooked perfectly! Our order took a while to come out but we were warned ahead of time. They were slammed. We had to sit at the counter, it was... More

Stopped here for a quick lunch. I didn't expect anything fancy -- this is obviously a family restaurant with typical American food. The waitress was new -- but extremely attentive and cheerful. The food wasn't bad but nothing special. Overall, it was a pleasant lunch experience. I bet it would be a good breakfast stop.

Basic sourdough sandwich bread, kraft single and tuna. Good but not for 8 bucks. Fries are good and crispy. Decent meal but could be a bit better

Food was very blah to bad. You eat first with your eyes. Should have stopped there because it looked unappetizing. had a fish sandwich...cold, stale-tasting bun; my husband's hamburger was the same. My cole slaw tasted very odd (old, perhaps) and had an off color. Used the restroom....dirty. The entire place needs updating. There was a server cleaning the carpets... More
