This restaurant was originally known as Alfredo's, and at that time represented the best Mexican food in Weatherford. It was purchased, renamed, prospered for a while, and then began deteriorating. Food quality was poorer with each visit, the restaurant would be closed at odd hours (like a Saturday evening) sporadically, and random menu items would be unavailable from day to... More

We took a risk based on the sign on the front door that said something along the lines of "We apologize for our poor food and service in the past and have changed how we do things. Please try us again." We were pleasantly surprised by the very good chips and variety of salsas that arrived as soon as we... More

After driving 550 miles today I was ready for some good Mexican food and a couple of great Margaritas. Are you kidding me? They don't have Margarita's in a Mexican restaurant! I settle for DosEquis beer (they don't have wine either) which came out in a Margarita glass and tasted like Bud light. I know it wasn't DosEquis for sure!... More

Chips and dips at this place are VERY good, and the only reason I desire to return. The environment is nice. I have never ordered anything here that I was impressed by.

Being new to Weatherford, we decided to try this establishment..looked like a nice place from the outside. We were seated by a hostess who was dressed inappropriately for this type of setting as she was wearing shorts and a tank shirt showing her ugly tattoos. Once seated we were brought chips, salsa and a drink order was taken. After spending... More

The previous two reviews are polar opposites, and if you meat in the middle--authentic family Mexican and TV dinner--you're close to what this place is like. There's not much decent in this small town, so if you have those expectations you'll have a decent experience. It's not great, but certainly not awful. Better than fast food!

This place is great and as a southern Texan, I can tell you that this is the better of the two Mexican restaurants in town. The food portions are big and tasty while service is nice. Queso is average but salsa is a complete 180 turn from the vomit in a can that comes from Casa Soto. Prices are a... More

The food tasted like a frozen tv dinner, and the selection and portion sizes were about the same as a frozen dinner as well. Certainly not worth the money. Eat elsewhere!
