Mr Able knocked it out of the park, very good and excellent service. ASK for Carlos! Tell him Carter sent you. Warr Acres Nachos and Sandra Nachos are more than you can eat. Every thing on the menu is outstanding, and late night street tacos are killer. They also have a large back room for parties and special events they... More

Our favorite Mexican Food Restaraunt. Drinks, guacamole, food, service a joy. Atmosphere is not great as the noise level is high and no boothes! We still oove it!

In Oklahoma City there are many Tex-Mex restaurants and over the years we have tried the majority together with some of the chain restaurants. I won a gift certificate to Abel's and had never heard of it. We went expecting another local Tex-Mex. What a surprise! While it will not win awards for decor, some might even describe it as... We have driven by this restaurant a lot. But we decided to stop and give it a try because of the large number of cars in the parking area. We had spinach enchiladas and soft fajita tacos. Both of these dishes were great. The enchiladas were made with fresh spinach... not canned or frozen. And the portions were just right.... More

My fajita salad was good although my wife said she has eaten better chimichangas. Service was good for the peak Sunday lunch time. The sopapillas were delicious. The tropical fruit dish a friend had looked wonderful.

I liked everything I have tried here, even the fresh fruit . I would recommend to anyone who likes real Mexican food. The tacos are better than most other restaurants I have tried. The cheese queso could be better.

My family and I love to try authentic Mexican food and this is at the top of the list. They serve true taqueria tacos. I got the pastor and they were so yummy! All the food on my plate tasted homemade including the tortillas. I will definitely have a return visit when I go back to Oklahoma City.

We finally got a chance to go to this restaurant on a Sunday night recently. Not only were our entrees enjoyable, the wait staff was very attentive. We sat near the front, and as we ate, we were able to watch the "artist" in action while he carved fruit. We bought fruit to go---mango drenched in honey and lime juice... More

We have been going to Abel's since their early days. They have now expanded to the whole east side of the shopping center. It is a must try place. It is authentic mexican but they still offer some of the favorites. They also offer fresh fruit in containers near the register. It is not fancy nor a chain but it... More
