Good Food preperation, presentation and service.

I dined here for the first time on 4-20-15 with a work colleague. This is a upscale family style dining place that delivers on the rustic feel, excellent food preparation and great service. When compared to the chain restaurants like Outback, the Red Rock Canyon Grill delivers a high end feel on... read more

Salad was perfect with Adobe dressing - seasoned pecans and goat cheese really add a unique flavor and texture to the plate. The appetizer (tomato&moz) was good...perhaps a bit too chilled. Main course: the House Ribeye with Burgundy medium rare, with whole green beans and mashed red skin potatoes. Absolutely prepared to perfection and the portions were well thought out.... More

We enjoy going to Red Rock for special occasions (the pork chops are the best). Unfortunately, we go only for special occasions because it's costly. Also, it's always noisy, conversations seem to bounce off the walls. The service is always good, the people are friendly, but we always feel squeezed in, like there isn't enough room in the booth or... More

Had dinner tonight 4-3-15. Red Rock is one of our GO TO restaurants!! However, tonight was disappointing. I had to send my steak back and the new steak was rare! UGH! It was obvious I wasn't pleased…and the waiter/management did nothing! This is VERY rare for RR! I will be back!

As a big fan of the Hal Smith group, I was anxious to try RedRock Canyon Grill. On the good side, they may have the best deviled eggs I've ever eaten! Love the atmosphere and the setting. Don't understand why they couldn't have the marvelous baby back ribs from their sister restaurant, Charleston's. The ribs here are truly awful, dripping... More

This restaurant is quite popular. Usually there is a 15-30 minute wait for dinner on weekends. The atmosphere is casual. The main dining hall may be a bit noisy. The area outside the main dining area is quieter and more suitable for conversation. Wine list is ok but not that exciting. Beer selection is good. Service is better than average.... More

We had a birthday celebration with six adults. They put us in one of the U shaped booths and we were very crowded. We asked the server for a larger table and she was kind enough to give us the choice of moving or adding a chair to the front of the table. We opted for the chair. For appetizers... More

Our favorite restaurant in town. If you go you must order the house salad! The dressing is addictive! There isn't anything on the menu that won't blow you away. Staff is always friendly and courteous. If you're heading out during peak hours be sure to plan to arrive early as there will be a wait during the dinner rush.

Salmon was as good as it gets. My guest swears their mashed potatoes and carrot sides are the best. Good service and friendly staff.
