I do not normally write reviews about chain restaurants. But these people went out of their way to take care of me. I ordered grilled mahi mahi plate. We dug into the appetizers while we waited for our main dishes to arrive. Apparently a member of the wait staff appropriated the plate that was meant for me. My waiter apologized... More

Went for a queen crab as really felt like 1lb and a quarter of crab but I reckon if there was a quarter would be lucky. The place is targeted at kids not folk who want decent food. Would not recommend.

My husband and I tried the Joe's Crab Shack in Tulsa. All we can say is don't waste your money. My husband ordered the lobster steampot. All I can say is the lack of lobster. Upon opening the tail portion of the tail a very small portion of the tail came falling out of the tail. We ordered the garlic... More

Everything about this restaurant was great. The atmosphere, the service, and the food. Had the fried pickles, the calm chowder and the combination paella. The paella was filled with seafood and tasted great and was so much food that I couldn't even finish it. The Bloody Mary with the crab leg was awesome. My waiter was also helping an elderly... More

Wait staff was not helpful. Wine was not delivered in a stemmed wine glass. Asked for a stemmed glass and was told they don't serve it in stemmed glasses any more (I ended up using a Martini glass). Food presentation was poor. My dis-satisfaction was expressed to management.

I had been looking forward to this and was so disappointed. We waited 45 mins just to see several empty tables when we were finally seated. None of the wait staff were hustling. There was no busboys. We got our lukewarm crab dip 3-4 mins before our entree arrived. My queen crab was no different than the snow crab even... More

I went to Tulsa to Joes Crab Shack for my birthday with my family. I had the fish and chips and a Sam Adams. Ample serving of fish (cod?) My wife had a Category 5 Hurricane with her seafood. The waiter was fine. The food was fine. The atmosphere was fine. Joes isn't fine dining and it's a relaxed atmosphere... More

We ate out on our anniversary on 08/02/13 and we have always enjoyed the food at Joe's Crab Shack. Rhonda our waitress made the experience even more enjoyable. It was very busy but she took care of all her tables and would still visit. She was very friendly, funny and excellent at service. I just couldn't make up my mind... More
