We have enjoyed this place for years. I think the long negative reviews are written by a competitor.

I love the food here. Plates come out sizzling hot and the food is delicious. Chips and salsa are very good. It is a small place with only about a dozen tables and the atmosphere is plain. It's not a place to have a business dinner but an excellent place for a business lunch. I don't know if they have... More

Salsa tasted at best only ok. Their "hot" salsa is horrible with an awful after taste. The fryer grease needs to be changed more frequently since it makes the large whole fried tortillas taste old: salt would help also. The interior was bright and freshly painted, with well spaced tables and a clean well lit interior. The wait staff did... More

The shredded beef tacos are totally homemade & crispy. No pre-made cardboard shells here. We had breakfast one morning & dinner the next evening. The free chips & salsa a little different than we have seen before. The crisp tortillas are whole & you just break off what you want. Salsa is in a carafe with individual bowls. Everything we... This place is very simple and kind of hard to find, but boy howdy did they have some great food! Their menu is extensive and the service is admirable. I had the cheese enchilada and carne asada tacos that were both delicious. However, the Carne Asada could have been a little bit more seasoned to my liking. The wife had... More

Me and my family of five stopped in this dive on a whim. I love trying new places so I thought it would be worth a shot, but boy was I wrong. As soon as you enter the place you notice how tiny it is. They have about a dozen tables that seat four people each so we had to... More

Hard to spot in the strip mall but worth the second pass to find it

Good Food, Salsa was too hot for us. Otherwise service was excellent and food tasted great.

The service is great and the food is better than fantastic. The carnitas are heavenly. Small restaurant in strip mall but very clean and very welcoming atmosphere. You will keep coming back.

Love this place and eat there frequently. It's a hole-in-the-wall, but feeling like you're in on a secret makes it even better. Get the carnitas - you won't be disappointed. Both tender and crispy, so good. The straight carnitas plate is good (get the appetizer if you don't want rice & beans), but so are the gorditas, and the torta... More
