This place is nicely done in 50s decor. Everything was clean, the staff was great, and the food was yummy, with huge portions! We sat a while waiting for our companion and the coffee cups were filled before they were half empty. The chicken-fried steak was tender with nice crisp breading, cream gravy on the side, and one of the... More

Based on the reviews, I was expecting MUCH better than what I got. The meat in my Denver omelette was burned, the bacon had a burned taste to it, and my toast was soggy. This has to be one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. But it was crowded, and people were lined up outside the... More

I lived in Tulsa for a few years when my younger. Quite often we would stop in for dinner. My niece had just moved in with me. She is deaf and was a fight to get her to go out to eat (she was embarrassed about talking and signing in public). The waitress noticed that she was signing to me... More

Tally's Cafe is truly amazing I had one of the best breakfasts there, and the portions are out of this world.

The old place shows its age in many places but overall it was clean, the service good, and the food a delight. Best of all was the atmosphere, it was almost as though we had stepped from the modern world on Route 66 into the 1950s.

Riding Route 66 and saw this place. Looked good and so we pulled in. Was not disappointed at all. Brunch time on Sunday and we all got different things but they sure were good. We ordered hme fries but had hash browns delivered. No worries, our server jumped on it and brought us home fries and let us keep our... More

I have to disclose, as indicated by the title of my review, that I'm a dedicated Route 66 Roadie, so factors that influence my rating are not limited to good food, and good value. Obviously, Tally's doesn't compete with the super expensive fine restaurants of America, so, comparing apples to apples is important. In this case, Tally's is located on... More

This cute diner was recommended by several people when finding out I was heading to Tulsa for a horse show. Food was old fashioned style and good. Prices very fair. Came back a second time for breakfast. Will recommend.

Had breakfast at Tally's Cafe during our weekend trip to Tulsa. Cute little 1950s style cafe. Our son had their buffalo wings and said they were better than Hideaway's wings. Staff very friendly. Reasonably priced.

About 30 of us had a reunion diner here. Food was very good and portion was quite large. Worth revisiting.
