We had been to a Melting Pot in Florida earlier this year and knew what to expect. It is your meal and event for the evening. It takes almost 2 hours and it's pricey. Do not go here if you are expecting a quick, cheap, boring meal. We had reservations and were seated immediately. They were very busy as far... More

This wasn't our first trip to the MP. It was just as great as we remembered the time before. The atmosphere is quiet which is nice and as such it's probably not suitable for loud or rambunctious children. The food is great and we always come away full. The price for two full meals will cost you somewhere north of... More

After bringing the wrong broth, not completing my husbands salad, our finally correct broth being filled back up after boiling for 40 mins and lowering the level so much that it wouldn't even cover the meat to cook it, we waited an hour before we got our entree and we didn't even have the cheese course, our tea was also... I took my girlfriend here to impress her for her birthday. We had reservations for 9 pm and did not leave this place until 11:30 .The service was extremely slow and there were not many people there. I asked the waitress does it usually take this long to complete a 4 course meal. She responded by saying no but they are... More

This was our first visit to a Melting Pot and we were really looking forward to it after all the great reviews on this site, however we couldn't have been more disappointed! We opted for the 4 course experience and the service was really slow. While the cheese fondue with the bread was fine, the broccoli we were served was... More

very good food! but only go if you have time to kill, your 8:00 reservation means you'll get seated about 8:30 atleast that was our experience. The food is worth the wait.

Very disappointed in our latest visit to melting pot......food was not prepared according to menu.....new wait person who I could have done without......time it took to even get the first course was an hour......I'm used to spending time but this was ridiculous....my advice would be to ask for someone else if Rose is assigned to your table. Not sure if... More

We have allergies and the staff knew exactly how to put our fears to rest and provide us with info t help us understand out food. Unfortunately the food is getting a little gimmicky.

I dined here with a large group. They were great about providing us space. If you've eaten at any other Melting Pot restaurant, then you know what you'll get here. The cheese fondues are tasty and filling and almost enough for a meal in themselves. The chocolate fondues are the best part. You will pay a lot for your meal.
