Food and service very good. We've gone 3 times and love it and my fiancé is Cajun. We are Cajun cuisine lovers and this gets a thumbs up from us

Kinda disappointed. Pricey and flavorless. We ordered a catfish and a shrimp dinner with red beans and rice, okra, red potatoes and veggies. Okay but nothing special. White river fish market is better.

2nd time I've visited this place. On both occasions the oysters and shrimp were excellent. God selection of tap and bottle beer. The staff are all friendly and offer great advise.

They really treat you like they want your business here. The oysters on the half shell are fresh and meaty. They make a wonderful sauce that includes a shot of gin.The shrimp cocktail was firm and tasty. The po boy was on a soft bun and very good. the only disappointment was the crawfish etouffee. There were plenty of large,... More

We were in Tulsa with some other out-of-town family for a family wedding and needed something fairly close to the hotel that would be easy to get to. S&J was a perfect fit! It is in the "Blue Dome" District and is also on the free trolley route. We were a party of 6 (and also a service dog) and... More

Definitely not as the old S&J. Felt like we went to a Long John silvers. Service good, oysters bad, ate 2 and scared to eat the other 4. Sent back and replaced with shrimp. (Ok). Will not advertise to friends. Did not have the old S&J feel.

I visited S&J in downtown Tulsa for the first time. The restaurant features a nice long bar and an art deco interior that is worth seeing. The service was prompt and courteous. The food was very good! The hush puppies were made on site, not from the frozen food section. The crab cakes were a generous hamburger-patty size and very... More

Although I found the service good and food was ok, I was surprised by the limited menu. I had the catfish platter which was fine but what I really wanted was a stuffed flounder or redfish or a broiled seafood platter. They only had one size margarita - small; 40% mix, 55% ice and 5% tequila all for $8

We used to eat at S & J often when they were in Tulsa years ago. We were excited to try them again now that they're back (in a different location). It was a big disappointment. While the service was good and the drinks were well-mixed, our food was terrible. Our salads were swimming in dressing and the cajun green... More

Had dinner before concert. Food was well prepared and timely as we asked to eat as soon as possible. Lots of noise when full of diners. Not a place for a quiet dinner.
