The quality of sushi and the presentation are top notch here. The best sushi I have had in Tulsa. It is a little expensive but they do have a happy hour with half price sushi everyday from 4-6. The tables are too close together so it feels crowded unless you get a booth.

First of all, the atmosphere is cool. Secondly, if you like more raw fish and less of the crab or tempura shrimp, try the Meesh Mash. You're welcome. (I get extra garlic ponzu on the side.) Oh, and Josh, by far our favorite waiter.

The atmosphere at the Downtown Tulsa location was great. It seemed to bit a tad noisy for conversation in the main dining room, but we were in the smaller room towards the back. Our server was very patient with us since it was our first time there and we couldn't decide which rolls we wanted to try. We (finally) chose... More

My daughter and I ate lunch at Yokozuna in celebration of her graduation from grad school. I splurged and we went all out...we had an appetizer and four rolls. I don't know when I have eaten better sushi. It was fabulous and made her special week even better. My only negative comment would be about the service...less than adequate, actually.... More

I had high hopes for this recent addition to south Tulsa. Unfortunately it was only so so. Conveniently located at 91st and Yale, the restaurant decor is disappointing. The upstairs (where we sat) is too dark (unable to read menu at 6:30) with tables close to the unpainted cement wall. Very depressing. A lighter color wall, candle or table cloth... More

This was my second time to eat at Yokozuna. The food was excellent. I shared the spring rolls and cho cho appetizers. For my entrée, I had the Shrimp Tempura Roll and Spider Roll. Both of these were excellent. The Pear Saketini is such a great drink. We were with friends before going to the theater. The server was very... More

This place is very good! Asian, sushi and a nice bar area. I like the new location at 93rd and Yale. Open late at night. Good food. I especially like eating at the bar. Great service from Colin the bartender. He's professional, friendly, and makes a very you'd drink every time! I'll be back!

The food is good, but the service is kind of slow. A friend recommended the gyoza (dumplings). I ordered the pork, it had some kind of bbq like sauce that threw me off. I will probably not make an effort to go back, unless I'm in the area, and even then it'll be for their cocktails (think: sake).

I took a few of my employees to Yokozuna after one closed a larger contract. She picked the place, I had never been there. I have eaten several sushi places around Tulsa so I do have some basis for comparison. I ordered the volcano roll, one order samurai rice, the other ordered the rainbow roll. We had the soy bean...
