If I'm gonna pay this much for good I expect better atmosphere and great service, even at lunch. The food was good. Server was not super attentive. I won't pick it, but I wouldn't refuse to go if it is someone else's choice.

I've eaten here over the past few years when in Tulsa, but have been more frequent in the last few months. I am usually not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but the service I've had is fantastic! Most recently, Tamara was our waitress and was hands down one of the best waitresses I've had in months (I travel and... More

My wife and I have not been to Cheesecake Factory together but had been individually. While it looks very busy with all the customers leaving w/ CF bags of food and cheesecake, we were able to be seated quickly. Though it was mid-July in Tulsa, we were lucky to have 80 degree weather at 6 pm to enjoy the outdoor... More

Great brunch selection! Tasty food, hard to get condiments! Definitely ask for condiments you need before food comes out! Average service due to busyness of the restaurant, drinks were refilled but servers were not personable.

We went on a Wednesday evening, didn't expect it to be busy but it was. Upon arriving we were offered a table/booth right away. We declined due to trying to be placed in between 2 large families w/ a lot of kids. I asked the hostess if we could wait for the booth that was being cleaned.. She said no... More

My husband and I are not regulars at Cheesecake Factory; no location near our home. Wait time was five minutes. Server's attention to us and food were very good. This time we opted for a flavorful Chile Relleno Hamburger which we shared along with sweet potato fries dipped in chipolte mayo. We were stuffed and opted to take a slice of... More

This was a nice little treat we indulged in during our weekend trip to Tulsa, and I’m glad we did. The food was excellent, the service outstanding, and the dessert… well, it’s The Cheesecake Factory, what else needs to be said? The building appeared new, and had a very cool Egyptian motif going on with tall columns, ornate furnishings, and... More

Of course, the cheesecake was excellent. However, the drinks were pricey and watered down ($10 for house Sangria). We ordered off the skinny menu and the food was good but a little expensive. We had an entree and a salad, one piece of cheesecake, and a drink for $60. Do not take outdoor seating near the wait station because you... More

I love this place but, you pay for it. My husband had the burrito it looked good and tasted good too! I had fish tacos and they were good also. We shared a pineapple upside down cheesecake. It was the best. Can't beat it. They were doing a shift change they inform us of it and the staff didn't miss... More

Menu is overwhelming. Food was okay, I was there with two friends - both agreed that the food was a little bland but still okay. Portions were good but a little pricey for the quality of food. Service is excellent. Desserts are fantastic. I'll probably return but only for dessert. Perhaps if they shortened the menu and focused on quality... More
