small town cafe feel

This is place has that small town cafe feel. You know the one with the indoor outdoor carpet, slightly dark with lots of terms of endearment like "hun" and "sweetie". The food was ok. They serve a good breakfast but the lunch left something to be desired. Super nice wait staff, mediocre food.

Our service was fantastic and we both had the rib eye steak and eggs for breakfast. The hash browns were crispy, the steak a perfect medium rare and eggs over easy. The staff was attentive with water and coffee refills. Very good prices for portion size. Overall a fantastic experience. We're glad we stopped as we were only passing through!

My husband and I went here for lunch one day on our recent trip to Okmulgee, don't bother. Nothing fantastic, the parking lot is always crowded-not sure why, so we thought we would give it a try. It took forever for our food to come, I actually asked the waitress if our order had gotten lost and she informed me... More

We stopped on the way to Tulsa. The parking lot was full, which we usually take for a good sign. That was not true this time. I ordered French Toast with Strawberries and Whipped Cream. The strawberries were in a thick clear jelly like substance - way too sweet and really mushy. The "whipped cream" was certainly not made from... More

Get the early bird special before 8:00 am and you get an egg, choice of bacon sausage or links, choose a pancake, toast or biscuit and gravy and that's not all. Get one of the following: fruit, hash browns, home fries or grits. The also have a great lunch and dinner menu with some of the best waitresses on earth

Arriving early in the morning in Okmulgee, this place had the most vehicles outside of it. The inside of the restaurant appeared grimy and dismal. The breakfast was undistinguished. The bacon was very thin. There is a smoking half of the restaurant that is divided from the rest of the place with a door. The door does not help much.... More

Good breakfast (bacon, fried eggs, biscuits & gravy, and hashbrowns) and they always have a special. atmosphere ok and service can be a little slow sometimes when they are swamped.
