We went to Nonna's last night and were very happy with the service, food quality and general atmosphere! We had a set of twin gentlemen who were helping us, and they did a great job explaining the dishes, history of the restaurant, and also giving us a complimentary appetizer when they found out we were there for the first time.... I had a delicious pasta with veal sauce at the bar and loved it! The restaurant has private dining space, outdoor space and inside, so you could probably satisfy whatever you need in seating. Nonna's is historical and they do a good job. Would definitely eat there again. Did have the strawberry shortcake, a little disappointing more shortcake than strawberries,... More

Stopped by for lunch and had the chicken pot pie, excellent. Decided to go back for dinner and even better. Take out desserts, with a great selection as well. One review I read commented on lack of service, but we thought just the opposite, very quick service and attentive to everything. First time in Oklahoma City Bricktown, but would go... More

Stopped by for take out dessert while walking around bricktown. Great selection of desserts including cookies (oatmeal, snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, etc.), creme brulee, cakes, pies (banana cream, coconut cream, etc) and more. Everything was available for take out, as that was the point of the shop, as it was strictly for desserts to go. The creme brulee and pies were... More

Nonna's Painted Door is an excellent choice for an upscale meal in Bricktown. They are very group-friendly with private dining rooms. There is an elevator which is nice. The food is delicious, plus they are willing to discuss the "farm to table" element and encourage diners to taste the unusual eatables on the plate. We had marigold garnishes this time!... More

Although clean, décor had a somewhat dated feel to it. I went during lunch on the recommendation of a hotel employee who said it had good service and good food. Surprisingly the service was poor and my waiter disappeared for long periods. I had the Oklahoma Cobb Salad which was just average in taste, although it had a most unusual... More

We were promptly seated but that was the speediest function of the evening. Nice setting. We had the Mango Crab Stack and the Fried Calamaris as starter and for entrees the Cobb salad and Nonnas Favorite Dinner (meatballs and pasta). Very good food and a lot of it. Tasty bread included. Beer and Voss sparkling water. The water was disappointing,... More

We stumbled into the connecting gift shop and the very friendly clerk suggested we get a dessert to go. There were several options we couldn't get, of course, like creme brule in ceramic dishes, so we opted for the velvet cake. It was beautiful, but tasted like cardboard. I know my baked goods and this cake was definitely very, very... More

Francisco, our waiter, was extremely courteous, gave us some information about the restaurant and why it was distinctive. Fresh produce comes from a local farm. My husband and I both had steak because that is what we were craving. Yes, there is Italian, but it is not the lasagna and spaghetti variety. Some might call it nouveau Italian, but it... More

Lunch at the Purple bar upstairs was just about perfect. Recommended by locals we came in around 2pm and had the chicken pot pie. Very nice presentation with super service.
