Cowboy decor and good food.

The steak was cooked the way I asked for it, but the baked potato was a little on the dry side. I had butter and sour cream to soften it up, and it was good. The house salad had a good variety of ingredients. The waiters and waitresses appeared to be enjoying their work here. I will go back... read more

This place has decent food. They like to seat you about 12 inches from the next table of people even when there are dozens of open tables just a few feet away. If you move they ignore you and then tell you they are not happy that you did move. I won't be going back.

We had high hopes for this place. It looks like it would be good from the great décor and vibe. Then they sat us down at a middle table that you couldn't even walk between the tables because the other tables were about 2 inches apart. SO if they seat people at the other 2 tables we would all be... More

A really large place, wood floors, western memorabilia. Food cooked over natural mesquite logs, no gas. They have a full service bar. The grilled shrimp was delicious, seasoned just right, good loaded baked potato, rice pilaf, and salad. Others with me had steak, and they said was fair to good but not excellent. They had the sirloin. We went when... More

It was my 1st time! I had the cowboy steak a 24 ounce T bone. It was very good and cooked very good. Great flavor! Good service ! The only thing is they could turn the lights up a little. Over all it was very good!

They are an actual steakhouse and don't charge an arm and a leg for their meals. There is plenty of variety and at a great price. Included in most of the meals are a salad, steak, side dish, and Texas toast. Definitely worth a try. Make sure to order your steak on the rare side. Keeps it from being overcooked... More

Great fillet mignon and very reasonably priced. I had fillet mignon with baked potato and the house salad. Service was friendly and fast. My husband order a burger that was very tasty.

We visited Cimarron for Bosses Day with ten in our group. We received fast service and good food. Food portions are decent size and prices are reasonable. Rustic decor with lots of seating.

Big time disappointment - saving grace was Tina, our waitress, was a riot! Ordered a 24 oz. T-Bone that was fair at best. Fries were below average, salad was average and the Garlic Texas Toast was awful. In addition, the hostess was flat out rude and we are about as easy to get along with as you will find. Could...
