For my parent's anniversary, we needed a room to seat 25 people. Abuelo's provided us the perfect space in a sunny room at the front of the restaurant. The serving staff was excellent and the food came out hot and good, especially for the size group we had. The staff helped us close the curtains for a slide show, then... More

We dined here on December 20. We had a little mix up while checking in, but the manager provided us free queso dip for the trouble. We enjoyed the food (steak quesadilla and durango burrito) and the sangria/margarita drink was excellent. Very good service too!

I love this restaurant. The food is consistently wonderful and servers have been consistently wonderful too. This particular visit we arrived just at the tail end of the first evening rush. There was a 45min wait. While waiting I was able to go to the bar and take advantage of the happy hour that was still going on. The house... More

Food was great, starting with the cilantro lime soup. The stuffed mushrooms were tasty and the enchiladas were enormous. My favorite was the golden margarita. Came in a shaker with enough for 3 glasses - not too sweet and not too tangy. And save room for dessert - 3 cream cake and flan were the favorites.

Go enjoy, good taste, heat, variety in the salsas to kill for. A chain yes but with style and true flavors. Well served and prepared, a depth of offerings that might confuse, a variety of fajitas to tempt your taste buds, all is bueno!

We always try to have dinner at Abuelo's when we visit OKC. This year, they've changed up the menu a bit, but still have our favorites. We always start with the chile con queso dip. Usually in the past, they've served this with corn tortillas as well as chips, but not this night. It may have been that we forgot... More

We had the lunch buffet. It was well stocked with a great assortment of items, and staffers made sure items were hot and available and the buffet area was clean.
