We had dinner at Charleston's one night since it was close to our hotel. I found that many of my favorite menu items were removed when they redid their menu, and what we did get was very greasy and salty. I ordered some roasted carrots that were swimming in a dish with half an inch of butter/oil. My burger was... More

Charleston's is my sister-in-law's favorite restaurant and we always eat here when we come for a visit. Each time it's been about the same--average. The menu tries to have a little of something for everyone. The food is on the average side--not awful, but not anything to rave about. The wait staff are friendly but tend to disappear at times.... Had made a rush trip to Oklahoma city for hospital visit. Stopped per chance but truly the aroma around this place. Delightful young lady named Payton served us. Chicken Piccata atop a bed of thin noodles with artichokes, capers, pimento and just the right amount of lemon. Tilapia lightly blackened with mixed veggies was another beautifully platted entree. Hot rolls... More

We've eaten at 4 different Charleston's in & around Ok. This by far was the best. The one in Norman is larger than the ones in & around Tulsa and much quieter than the than noisy one in Tulsa--especially the one on Yale Ave. (It has a better design & acoustics so my wife & I could actually visit without... Based on recent reviews I went for dinner. Very pleased with meal. Sat at the bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Primed Rib was very good. Not crowded but received good service. Will return next time in town.

Always a great dining experience. Whether you need a quick lunch or a nice dinner, the food and service is impeccable. One of our favorite go to restraurants when we want to eat out. Their drive up take out is fantastic, you don't even have to get out of your car.

On several trips have eaten here 3 times. Staff very good - nice bar area - steaks are very good - trout was good - have always had others with me - never had a complaint.

Heading home from Oklahoma City recently and wanted something other than fast food. It was Sunday and too early for the church crowd so not busy at all - very slow service. The food was good but I thought the menu prices were a tad high.

As you can see from my other reviews I eat at quite alot of prime rib places around the world. The prime rib was a little above average but not great. I give it 4 stars out of pity that they are Norman but probably should give a 3.

This place was recommended by the hotel staff & it was located right next to the hotel. My co-worker & I decided to go for the prime rib (10 oz for $19) which we both thought was a good price. The meal included salad with a croissant. We both thought the croissant was light, fluffy, & had a bit if... More
