If you have read any of my other reviews you will know that the places I have eaten since moving to Oklahoma are mediocre, at best. Juan del Fuego was different. We showed up on a Saturday morning about 11:00am. They are only open from 7:00-2:00. It was crowded, but it appeared there were only two parties ahead of us.... More

Juan del fuegos is locally owned and serves southwest style Mexican food, breakfast and lunch their huevos rancheros is very good. Occasionally they have posole which you can't get most places. I'd really like it if they'd add carne adovada to the menu. The last couple of times we've been by there the line was out the door so we... More

This was a suggestion from a friend that we LOVED!! Only open for breakfast and lunch 7am-2pm, this has a wonderful selection of Mexican food that is sure to spice up your typical meal. Friendly, comfortable atmosphere with limited seating. The wait was about 15 minutes to sit and about 15-20 minutes for food. We ran into another friend while... More

If you are wanting a traditional breakfast of eggs, toast, hash browns. Go somewhere else, their traditional breakfasts are just as good as anyone else's nothing fancy. But if you want something different with a little kick to it go here. I got the Papas con chorizo, it was amazing. There was a good amount of spice to it. The... More

You either know someone or accidently drove by this place if you've eaten here. A great place to get dinner and a beer in Norman. Food is awesome, ambiance perfect and beer is cold! What more can you ask for?

We found Juan Del Fuego from other foodies and have enjoyed every visit here. If the wait is 30 minutes or less it is worth your time to have fresh original prepared food that will ignite your taste buds and have you coming back for more. The special of the day was huevos rancheros in a green chile stew. The... More

While visiting my cousin in Norman we stopped in and had breakfast at Juan Del Fuega. They had such a great variety of breakfast options both American and Mexican choices, My wife had the Fiesta Plate and I had plain old Blueberry pancakes. Both were great and so was the service. We went back again when we left Norman on... More

Okay I like my food with flavor and spice and when I am in need of a power breakfast to start my day this is my place of choice. I have not found anything on the menu that I don't like. The coffee is good. The service is fast but more importantly not rushing me. The food is freshly made... More

This morning I met a friend at Juan's in Norman for breakfast. The wait was short (10 minutes) for a Saturday morning at 9:30. I had the chiliquilieggs, which was a fresh tasting take on traditional chiliquilies, with a delicious sauce. My friend had a breakfast sandwich that surprisingly included cream cheese and green chilies. Both meals were fresh and... More
