Very small with about 15 table tops. Not good for large groups. One waitress, one busboy. Expected long wait, but was pleasantly surprised that the waitress handled the room very well. We ordered the breakfast with biscuits , sausage, gravy, hash browns and 2 eggs. Everything was cooked "good ol' country style". The place was packed and there was minimal... More

We love going here for breakfast. Yes it's small, and sometimes packed but it's worth it compared to other cafe's in the area. Most places aren't even open on Sunday so this is our go to place. You really just can't go wrong here.

We had breakfast and found the food to be very good. The service was excellent and we were served very quickly. Would eat there again.

My wife had a lunch item, and I had a BLT, (for me, could've used more B), but it was about normal, and really GOOD !!!! Little crowded, but that would have been okay except a large family, from toddler to seniors, were at 3 tables next to us. The young adult male with toddler, could not be pleased as... More

This is a small place, but the service was excellent and the food delicious. It's in the Best Western Motel parking lot, but most of the customers looked to be locals.

Very much a small town cafe feel. Small place but very friendly. We were in a bit if a hurry and the waitress, although very busy, attended to out order right away. We were having late Sunday breakfast and the food arrived quickly. It was a great breakfast. Reasonably priced, good food great service. It doesn't look like much from... More

Nothing fancy. Standard diner fare. Rather small. Tables handle parties of four. If you have more than four in your party, go elsewhere.

We travel to McAlester frequently and have always wanted to stop and eat at Marilyn's. Warning... This is a small restaurant situated in a hotel parking lot, it can be easy to overlook and hard to find a seat. If you wait until rush hour, the key word here is ...wait.... We tried Marilyns early on a Sunday morning, there... More
