First of all, this place is in the country, literally. Be sure to look on the website for directions and/or GPS coordinates. But it will be worth it if you like catfish! We arrived 30 minutes before closing and they were still pleasantly busy, but by the time we were into our meal most everyone else was gone. Still, the... More

Took the family here for dinner. They are only open a few days a week but the all you can eat catfish melts in your mouth. Little high but we'll worth price. Highly recommended for any family wanting charm.

The waitress that helped us knew that we were from out of town and made sure we had a great time! I could tell they give everyone great service there though. Boyfriend and I both had the famous catfish. It was delicious. The only thing I worried about was all the food that went to waste! Between the relish, coleslaw,... More

Just too many things were not good. "All you can eat" catfish is a way to make money, not return customers. Service was slow despite very few other customers. The overall appearance of the place is generally rundown. Bottom line is the reason to come, the catfish, was nothing to write home about. The fillets, cornmeal-coated and fried, were thicker... We have been going to Mcgeehees since the early 70s. We have always enjoyed stopping and having a great meal. This past week, we stopped on our way to Dallas. There was no one to greet us, so we sat down. We waited 4 or 5 minutes before the waitress finally greeted us. She brought out the hush puppies and... More

This place has the best all-you-can-eat catfish. It's a great value. It isn't as popular as when I was a kid, but it's still quite delicious. Their fried pies are also very good. Service is decent. The sides are average at best, but you really just go there for the catfish.

I have been eating here for 35 years now. When I was a kid this was a must go to place at least twice a year. We lived and still do over an hour away, but the drive and the family time is well worth it. This family restaraunt is exactly that, a family run restaraunt. Today we saw the... More

We have been meeting friends from northern Oklahoma here annually for several years now. The atmosphere is very relaxing and laid back. Service can be a little slow so don't be in a hurry. We always get the all you can eat catfish. The fish, fried potatoes, cole slaw, green tomato relish and hush puppies are served family style and... More

Got there one hour before close on sunday. Fish great. Service poor. Last serving fish was overcooked tasted like a crispy batter. No fish inside at all. Maybe waiter was new.

Delicious catfish! The grilled and fried were both excellent. Green tomato relish also great. If you're close by you should go and enjoy the food and the view.
