Burger was good as usual but I don't know why they don't melt the cheese on their cheeseburgers? Fries were good but a little greasier than the normal.

We moved away from the OKC area 20 years ago. Every time we go back, our first meal is a burger and fries at Johnnie's! I prefer the smokey barbecue flavor of the Theta Burger while my wife prefers the Caesar Burger. Both are a unique flavor and not your run of the mill burger. One order of fries is... More

It's a classic OKC spot for a good burger. If you like a smoky hickory sauce-you'll be in heaven. This is a spot that does not have an inside dingin area so you eat in your car or sit at a picnic table on the Northwest Expressway. Probably best to grab your burger and fries (or great onion rings!) and... More

Five Guys or Red Robin so much better. No flavor whatsoever and extremely overpriced. My family loves this place but I would prefer to eat elsewhere.

Johnnie's is THE name for burgers in the Oklahoma City metro area. Their food is fresh, very delicious and filling and reasonably priced. They offer a wide variety of choices for every taste and proclivity. One can find something oh-so healthy and other things oh-so decadent and definitely not in a low-calorie diet (but that's what people love about the... More

I've been many times and went again recently. It's a reliably good meal for the cost. The burgers are always fresh and what you'd expect from a traditional grilled burger. The rings are awesome, and a big portion for the price. The milk shakes are pre-made, which is weird, but they are tasty. I will go many times more!

We have been going for years to eat here and just love the staff, the great hamburgers and my husband always get the frankfurters. The onion rings are absolutely the best in town,,bar none. If anyone is old enough to remember Delores or the Split T....this is the same taste and recipes used. Loved,,loved the old Split T. May be... More

I worked here in college (20 years ago!) and anytime I visit I make time for a caesar burger with cheese. Despite what Dustin K said...it's not fast food. They actually make the patties and cut all of the produce on site-at least that's what they did back in the day. It's such a popular place that they have burgers... More
