Disappointed

After a recent visit to the Pittsburgh, PA, Buca's, my 15 year old daughter insisted we eat at the Worthington location. Our expectations were quite high; unfortunately, this location was unable to meet them. Staff was polite, but not overly helpful- for example, as a relatively new customer, I... read more

Our expectations were quite high; unfortunately, this location was unable to meet them. The food was good and served family style. The service was pleasant. We had a good time and everyone enjoyed his or her meal. However, I felt that the ingredients were somewhat cheap and a little chintzy. There was little sauce, not much cheese, and the prosciutto looked like regular hame.

We came for a late lunch thinking that it would be better then going on a busy night. We yelled twice and walked around and no one was there. Suddenly a man with a toliet bowl hair came out. He seated us and left. Turns out he was the waiter and there was two other small tables - really? The... More

I don't normally go for Alfredo or Chicken Parmazan but the preparation and service I experienced was certainly the best. I may have over eaten the food was so good. This was my first experience in this restaurant and it certainly won't be the last. Staff were courteous and kind. They were helpful at all times. The overall atmosphere and... More

I'm not a big person. At 6' tall I tip the scales at a mean 145 lbs. I can consume a portion designed to share with 1-2 people and still be hungry. Service is hit and miss as well. Sometimes we have nice, professional, (But still easy going) servers. Sometimes we get lazy ones who don't appear to be enjoying... More

This chain offers a great, albeit very noisy atmosphere, and good food. For what you get it is a bit over priced. I tried the spicy Italian soup tonight. It was loaded with sausage and veggies. A bit too hot for my taste but had good flavor. The green beans are awful which is why we usually order the broccoli... More

Food was ok, but I was offered a 9 oz. Glass of wine vs. 6 oz. And when the bill came I was shocked to see the price for that 9 oz. Glass was $15.00 yikes!!!

This is always one of my favorite places to dine! The service is awesome, food is wonderful, and the atmosphere is kind of like being in a scene from "Good Fella's"!

This is a unique place, with old photos of movie stars on the walls, casual upscale dining at a moderate price, large plates to share, but very noisy -- not for a romantic night out.

My husband and I went to Buca's for our anniversary this year. It was around 5 on a Tuesday, & there was no wait. I wish that I could remember my server's name because she was awesome! Whenever my friends from WV come in, this is where we want to go. Keep up the good work! Some of my faves... More
