Quaint delicious foods in downtown Wooster Ohio

Has the french toast with a creme cause and it was delicious. The fruit plate has peaches, blueberries and plums. Coffee was expensive at 2.50 with free refills. two people got similar french toast for a 32 dollar bill plus tip. Great server at 10am Tuesday morning, place is closed on Monday.

We have eaten here numerous times and have had breakfast only a few since they started serving breakfast, but the Sunday brunch was fabulous. Two of us enjoyed the omelet of the day with feta, caramelized onions, and butternut squash served with a wonderful wedge of tomato and grilled bread. My husband's French toast with fresh peaches and blueberries was... More

Oak Grove Eatery is a warm, welcoming eatery with daily fine dining specials or a delicious bar menu. Food is all locally sourced so it's in season, fresh and superb!! Bar menu is not your typical chicken wings and bland burgers. It's a mix of salads, specials and top of the line burgers from local farms. You cannot miss with... More

Nice comfortable place, friendly wait staff. Portion sizes are nice and adequate, not "super sized' like at most places these days. The soup and the burgers were all good, cooked just right!

I am quite a foodie and am spoiled with all the amazing restaurants we have in Buffalo NY. The Oak Grove Eatery stood up to many of my favorites. The food was amazing, especially the succotash which was unbelievably delectable . The rest of our meal was great also. The presentation of the food was very beautiful and everything was... More

My husband and I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant during a weekend trip to Wooster. We were delighted by it! The coffee is roasted in house, and the menu features delicious and inventive twists on classic brunch items. Everything we ate was so good! Our server was very friendly, and the restaurant space is charming. Great atmosphere! One... More

Our party of four had a wonderful experience on Saturday after a matinee performance at Ohio Light Opera. Our server suggested the chef's appetizer platter with a bottle of wine and it was amazing. The variety and the quality of tastes was terrific. We followed by trying the pappardelle pasta, the Ohio pork and the scallops entries. They were all... More

This is a neat place located right on the square in downtown. In waking distance from the St. Paul Hotel. My visit was for Sunday brunch. I will come back to try the dinner items. The menu is simple with additional daily daily special. Presentation is very nice, organic and local ingredients are used when possible. I did not think... More

Three of us ate dinner there before a performance at Ohio Light Opera. Small place, informal, but with decidedly engaged and helpful service. They offer relatively simple food at a high level. We split a goat cheese salad (good greens, and large dollop of some of the best-seasoned goat cheese we have ever encountered); a fancy “burger” (good meat on... More

Stumbled upon this place in search of another downtown restaurant and were glad we did! It's a small place, tightly set (so much so I'm almost concerned about larger people maneuvering about when it was crowded) but oh, the food is good! The food is excellently prepared, creative, and fabulously tasty. I got the eggs Benedict which were totally awesome.... More
