My boyfriend and his family travel 30 min. To eat this pizza every week. I finally experienced it myself 4 years ago and make a point to stop by once a week with them if possible! The second they open they are busy. When dining in you should expect a wIt time for a table and then a wait time... More

Having attended the College of Wooster in the 1970s and having family in the area, I have known about Coccia House more years than not - and it was SO nice to be HOME! Some things never change and the flavor and the quality of the pizza and the antipasto are still the same - perfect! In the new additions... More

I have heard about this pizza place for years, especially from my husband, who used to drive 45 minutes when he was younger to get here. It opened at 5 PM, and we arrived at 5:15. We were seated right away and placed an order at 5:25 for pizza. The menu stated that they bake the pizza for 20 minutes,... More

They have an unusual pizza with a relatively thick, biscuit like crust. Double cheese comes with TONS of cheese. Sauce is very mild,. This is vey filling pizza, but the leftovers are great! I overheard a lot of good comments from other dinners about their other Italian dishes.

Enjoyed a nice dinner here on a Wednesday night. No crowds; it took an hour from the time we placed our order until we were served. Didn't make sense as there weren't that many people there. Server was nice; I had Ravioli which was just average. My friend had pizza that was good but I have definately had better. Worth... More

Coccia House is known for it's REAL Italian style pizza. It is in NO WAY like chain pizza places. The sauce is a bit garlicky and there is LOTS of cheese on each pizza. So, if you don't like garlic and lots of cheese, you won't like this pizza. This place has been around for YEARS and deservedly so. They... More

I have lived in Wooster, Ohio all my life and believe me Coccia House is the most popular place in town! Their pizza is the most popular and the wait (which can be a long one) is worth it when you need a Coccia House fix!

Lot of people still love the pizza. Especially the younger people like my son and daughter and their friends. Myself, and my friends only hit the place maybe twice a year. There is something missing in the original pizza.

The best pizza in America is in the quaint privately owned Coccia House in Wooster, Ohio. It is always my first choice in dining in the area. When friends and family visit, a trip to Coccia House is almost a requirement. The service, the pizza, and the wine makes it the perfect choice! Our favorite: Pizza with everything except anchoves...
