Good but not great

My husband and I ate here tonight. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews. I'm a little disappointed. Atmosphere is wonderful. Is a remodeled store with brick walls and original hardwood floors. Trendy and cool looking. Our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive. She brought bread... read more

I wanted to take some friends out to dinner, and this place came highly recommended by TA. I had been to other highly rated places in Wooster, but they had recently changed ownership or changed their theme, and the menu did not look as good. I am glad we came here. We felt at home as soon as we arrived.... More

We were looking for a place to eat in Wooster so we relied on the excellent ratings it received on TripAdvisor. It was the number one rated restaurant in Wooster - and for good reason. Great, creative, diverse menu. All home made and local ingredients. Great waiter (Joe). The food was excellent - we ordered 5 different dishes and every... More

There is a broad menu with pizza, pasta and meat options. They have some great specials to supplement the menu. They have some tasty appetizers including mussels and cheese plate

Every meal here is what's promised. We have tried the salads, sandwiches, beef, fish, chicken. It's all good with smiling servers and good ambience.

We have frequented this restaurant for many years. Never disappointed. We have tried many different offerings and always happy. Fast and friendly service. Never rushed. Always very fresh and delicious. Unusual and unique combinations.

Went due to a suggestion, everything was off that night. we sat to long, pot stickers came out burnt on one side, I mean black. My pizza was dried and no smoked salmon on it, almost a cracker, with cheese melted on it. The salmon salad came out dry around the edges. Felt like i wasted my 72 dollars. (... More

Serves ethically sourced food in a fantastically tasty way. We love the fresh (changing) drink menu from the bar and the variety of great options on the food menu. The chocolate custard dessert becomes habit forming. There's nothing I can think of that would be a negative at this restaurant. Love the casual-relaxed-yet underlying sophisticated vibe. Servers are also very... More

Food was terrific. Bakery is excellent. Plan to return again. The restaurant was crowded the day we were there, but service was great.

Family wanted to go out to celebrate a birthday chose Broken Rock. Sat promptly, mid week somewhat slow, waitress did not introduce herself. Drinks and apertures ordered. Then main course, all served in good sucession - quality good to above good, price reasonable. Resturant somewhat noisey due to poor acoustics. Actually heard a friends discussion several tables away. Will most... More
