We ate at the Amish Door for a Saturday night dinner. Although the line to get in was around the building, it moved relatively quickly. We were seated in a booth and proceeded to order the family style menu. We selected turkey for our entree, along with mashed potatoes/gravy, stuffing, and corn. We also enjoyed the salad bar, and the... More

We were in Canton Ohio to visit family and decided to ride out to the Amish Door for Dinner. When we arrived the line to get into the Resturant was clear out the door. We arrived a little after 6 in the evening. After about 45 minutes we finally made it to the hostest stand. We had 7 adults and... More

All the food is very good, but without a dough the best fried chicken I have ever eaten, and I am from the South. We have ate breakfast there, lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed.

The food was good, we got the grand buffet after a morning at volleyball games. Good selection of side dishes; everything tasted good. Service was fast and efficient.

I had the salad bar and hot bar for lunch at this restaurant. I tried to sample as many things as I could, but did not come close to trying everything. I saw most of the traditional things and some new ones on the two bars. My only complaints were that the fish was cold, as fish on a steam... More

We were greeted upon arrival seated and greetef by our server (corbin) who did a great job. We chose the special baked chicken, with endless salad bar. The chicken was salty and dry almost seem cooked more then once and the brocoli was rubbery. Salad bar lacked excitement and desserts had no flavor other than watery.

The service was wonderful. The buffet is great but if you don't want to eat that much they offer a one plate only at a much lower rate. This was perfect if you aren't that hungry. The pies are wonderful!

Went to the Amish Door for lunch and one of their theater presentations. The play was far better than the food. Had eaten there many years ago and the quality of the food has declined to become mediocre. The table was not set properly with no butter, no cream for the coffee and unfortunately the service match the level of... More

Expected fresh, tasty country cooking. Maybe the hot and cold food bars were ok, but not the items ordered from the menu. The roast beef (advertised as one of the Amish Door specialties) was dry and served with no au jus or gravy. The broccoli tasted like warmed up frozen variety. The only thing fresh was the baked sweet potato.... More

This place is fantastic. It's in the middle of nowhere, but worth the drive. :) The broasted chicken is fantastic, the dinner buffet has a lot of options, and the sides are also great. The onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. The best tip I can give is to arrive late. From what I've heard there... More
