See that an earlier reviewer had glass in their cole slaw. I was shocked to see a fly climb out to the top of mine. My waitresses remedy was to bring more cole slaw. When I rejected that solution another staff member approached me and advised they were going to take a whole dollar off my bill!!!!

I wrote the review "Is This The Glass Factory". Tony, the owner, apologized to me for the issue of glass in my cole slaw. He suggested that we return and order dinner on him. We took him up on his offer tonight. Our food was very good, the waitress was attentive, and the manager on duty was very nice. So... More

This past week, my husband and I and our friends, returned to the Whitehouse Inn. I have to say everything was excellent! Our two friends had the Lake Erie Perch, by far the BEST! My husband had the New York Strip and I had the Prime Rib. The meals were more than we could ask for....wonderful! Loved the waitress; kind,... More

We just left this restaurant and made a special trip out to the Whitehouse Inn after reading positive reviews on this restaurant. I ordered a full rack of ribs, a salad and a sweet potato. The service was excellent. BUT! They brought my food out and I began eating, the person sitting across from me starting saying eww stop eating... More

I have gone to the Whitehouse Inn several times, and have never been disappointed with their food or service. I like their menu because there is a wide range of items to choose from, and you never leave hungry. I normally order the prime rib, fried clams, salads, or whatever is on special. One item I love is their twice... More

Neighbors and my husband and I decided to eat at the Whitehouse Inn. They had eaten there before and recommended it. The atmosphere was lovely. We ordered. I ordered a fish dinner with French fries and cole slaw. The waitress brought our orders and I began to eat my meal. I took a couple of bites of my salad. On... More

I apologize for the lack of attention that our server did not provide to you. How a piece of glass would get into a salad is beyond me. We should have taken care of your meal and then some. I would encourage you to give me a call or facebook me at the Whitehouse Inn's facebook page to discuss your... More

This is usually my favorite place to dine for special occasions. For our Wedding Anniversary on May 13 we drove to our favorite place and were shocked that no one would wait on us. When we were first seated we were placed in the bar area which was incredibly loud so we asked to be moved to another table which... More

There is no tolerance for the lack of service or no service you didn't receive. I would like to make this up to by inviting you back to the Whitehouse Inn and allow me and my staff to take care of you like I expect. I would like to re-create a beautiful dining experience for the both of you. Please... More

This is the place. Not to mention all the other food they serve. Great stuff, reasonably priced. Not a fancy place inside but good service and helpful staff. Worth the drive off US24.

Thank you so much for your kind review. The new route 24 bypass has been great for our business. All you have to do is follow the signs placed on the exits on the route 64 exit. More

Of the four meals ordered, my lake perch was by far the only edible meal. We dined with another couple, one who ordered ribs that I had to hold the plate for her in order to cut them. The waitress saw her struggling and never once asked her how they were. My husband's prime rib was tough and not appealing... More

We did catch that batch of ribs but obviously not soon enough. One of our cooks pulled them from the oven to early and we did not quite catch it in time. Any time and every time here at the Inn we want each of our Guests food to be perfect. There is no need for any sort of nightmares... More
