Met up with friends. Bar service was slow but when they did get to you, they were friendly and drinks were okay. Food was good and place is cozy.
i was in a group of 3 that went to Mavis Winkles almost every Friday for lunch. We got the worst waiter imaginable. an older feminine looking man. he took our dirty plates off the table and never brought us the bill. after waiting a long time we asked a different waitress for our bill. we got it and went... The lively atmosphere is dialed up several notches during March as a prelude to the annual holiday celebrated there. The staff is lively the patrons livelier and the menu is just what you'd expect. Now, St. Patricks Day aside, there are the classic Shepard's pie or cabbage and potatoes and fish or beef options. A great place to watch soccer,... More
The selection of unique beers and Irish Whiskys is impressive. The food is just average though. I had the fish tacos based on the recommendation of my server and they were very bland and were more like a quesadilla than a taco. I would probably go back based on the atmosphere and drink selection.
Always attentive staff, always great food. One of the few places I know that I can depend on for good service, food and cleanliness.

She was even patient with us when we could not make up our minds. Our appetizer came quickly and was very good (perogies). We both had the... More
My twin friends and I have been eating here for several years since we found it. This year's meal was the best (Cleveland Club Sandwich Porta Bella Mushroom Soup and Caesar Salad). Excellent service and great atmosphere. Recommend for family, friends, etc..
Visited for the first time. Had a Reuben, since the place bills itself as an Irish pub. Menu says a Reuben comes with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Sandwich came out cold. Not grilled. No kraut. No thousand island dressing. Won't be back.
Stopped by for lunch on a sunny Friday taking advantage of their outside seating. While the atmosphere inside is nice the outdoor patio is a nice option. Food is always flavorfull here whether you grab a burger, a salad or one of their irish or non-irish themed entrees expect nice portions. Today I opted for their sunflower seed, quinoa and... More
