I love omelets and today's Greek was very tasty. Lots of ingredients (especially feta) and cooked right. Loads of potatoes and usual choice of toast. Service was exceptional. A prompt greet with a smile and check back. Offers of refills. Patience to let us relax and chat.

Going in expecting awesome ? Not here. . It's certainly almost impossible to screw up the basics. I'm a firm believer that passion sometimes shines thru. . Standard effort = standard results So go in with the right mind set and you'll leave happy and full.. Basic food basically done right. .

This is a usual weekend breakfast stop for me and my girlfriend. There was usually a selection on the menu that we would choose and split. It was two breakfast sandwiches for $4 and change with coffee we could get out for right around $10 dollars not including tip. This Sunday we noticed a few changes on then menu. First... More

When we entered GGC there were only seniors at prime dinner time, 5:30. Out of the five people in our party only the two seniors enjoyed it. The food had no seasoning. The sauce tasted like flour. The soup, chicken noodle, had one piece on chicken and no flavor. The crab cake special was served with unseasoned greasy veges. My... More

Tonight my wife and I went to the Glendale in for dinner (5/31) and we ordered the 8 oz prime rib, done medium. By the time we got the fat and Grissel trimmed off we each nearly a teaspoon of over done edible meat. I have seen bologna sliced thicker. It was about the thickness of two sheets of paper.... More

GGC doesn't provide much in the way of ambiance but makes up for it in great quality food. The service is quick and the meals are inexpensive. Personally, I don't think you can buy a better perch dinner anywhere (for the price, quality, and quantity). If you order a roast beef dinner, you get quality roast beef not deli meat.... More

Average local family restaurant. Great service, and reasonable prices. Had the Reuben omelette- which was superb. Good coffee. Think a family style Denny's.

Keeping my father company post surgery at MCO, we went in search of a local breakfast place. Yummy 5 egg omelettes (many varieties), hashies, 4 strips of bacon, toast and coffee for $6. Enough for two. Great deal! I recommend the hearty local marble rye toast. My sister had pecan pancakes. Yum! I sub'd grits for the hash browns. So... More

as the menu is at least 8 pages, 8 heavy pages. I was really looking forward to eating here, too. I asked the waitress what she recommended and she said, "the broccoli cheese soup" and "the beef tips over noodles". The broccoli cheese soup was excellent. While tender, the beef tips were fairly bland. The cornbread muffin that accompanied it... More
