I was in Toledo to see the Toledo-Missouri game and to visit my oldest boy who is a senior at UT. He and I had gone here when he first started school and we wanted to relive the experience. Back then, we had a great meal and a terrific friendly waitress. When we came in this time we informed our... More

My mom and her boyfriend had wanted to take my husband and I to this restaurant since they had new owners and we were looking forward to it. We really wanted to like it but it wasn't very good. I hate to give a bad review because I would like them to succeed since they are so close to our... More

We were heading to Maumee Bay to do a Triathlon and wanted to get some Carbs the night before. I found Sebastianos on Trip advisors so thought we would give it a shot. We called and got reservations no problem at all. arrived a few minutes later just after happy hour but their selection of beer was good. We sat... More

First time I walked in I thought how funny its in a small strip mall but the food is oh so good! Ive traveled around to other countries for the food experience and this place did not disappoint! I crave their good pasta!

The decor won't knock your socks off, but the food might! Sebastiano's is easy to overlook or write off, as we had for quite some time. We were more than pleased with the Lasagna and wonderful hot rolls. Our companions had the turkey wrap and warm spinach salad and loved every bite of it. We went for a late lunch,... More

The word on the street is that the original owners recently sold their creation to "regulars" who intended to maintain the status quo with respect to the menu. Well *** the new owners have effected a seamless transition and have even improved on a superb thing! We celebrated a family birthday at Sebastianos last Saturday night and were more than... More

We received a gift certificate in january, 2012. We tried to use it only to discover they were closed for several days. We just came across it and wanted to try this restuarant. They refused to honor it. Granted it is old , but MOST restuarants will honor them, it's just good business. After all it was paid for. Guess... More

As a fairly regular customer, I feel the food is ok, but the sauces on the entree's are not as good as they were when Seba cooked. I miss the warm greeting by Helene and overall friendly atmosphere I felt with the original owners. However, the wait staff is the same, which adds to the dining experience.

New owners know exactly what they are doing. The garlic bread with dipping oil (Pane Toscano con Aglio e Olio) is a meal in itself. If you love garlic, do not miss this. TheFood is excellent!!!

Sebastianos is nestled in a nondescript strip center in south Toledo. Among local foodies, it's considered the best kept secret in town. Bad news: A husband and wife team have run the business for 13 years but decided to sell the business. Good news: The Chef at Hollywood Casino is buying it. He is investing the time to learn the...
