Had dinner hear on the 4th of July. Ate outside and had a great view of downtown Toledo and the Maumee River. The food was good, not "fantastic". My husbands steak looked great and had great presentation but I didn't try it. I had chicken, shrimp, sausage and you got 2 giant grilled shrimp which were great. Sausage spicy and... More

We love the Marguerite or BBQ chicken pizza. It's so good and quite large. We fed 2 adults, and two small children with one pizza, and we're big eaters. Zia's is great for a night out, and located on the docks by the water. We enjoy going there every time!

When we ordered they said they were out of bread!!! The waitress said they had a busy weekend is the reason for no bread. When the food came out it was Luke warm. After trying to eat the food...our waitress asked if we wanted desert but they were limited on desert because they were busy for the weekend! Not a... More

My husband and I decided to try Zia's for our Anniversary on May 8. I have heard rave reviews from coworkers about how delicious everything was and what a great atmosphere. It was a Thursday and a little busy, but we were willing to wait the 20 minutes to be seated. We grabbed a drink from the bar first. I... More

We recently had occasion to visit the Toledo area. Being that until our visit last summer we had always enjoyed good food and wine with adequate service, we thought we would give Zia's another shot. We were pleased and pleasantly surprised that Zia's was seemingly back to "normal." We were promptly met at the reception area and seated. (We were... More

Didn’t expect a lot because it was a very large restaurant on the water seemingly geared to large parties, tourists, and prom dates. It was excellent. Was with a modest sized group of 7 (and it was very busy) but we had a very pleasant, attentive server. We all ordered different things, and everyone really enjoyed it. I had a... More

The last 3 times we have went to Zia's for dinner it took a long time to be greeted when entering and waiting for a host to acknowledge you, let alone seat you. The olive tapenade is my favorite! The have great service once you are seated and I highly recommend the lasagna. I took my staff from the Midwest... More

The food is consistently good, service was wonderful, view is great, and the prices are not bad. We often swing by this spot as a good "go to" location that is not typically as busy as the restaurants that are directly next to it.

To be easily said, they make everything from scratch! They specialize in red sauces but I always go for the chicken piccata. Don't forget the chocolate mousse at the end of the meal! They make it with frangelico liquor and it is amazing! I always make it a point to eat here when I come to town. Last weeks meal... More
