A trip to Hungary without the jet lag.

A family favorite right in the heart of Toledo. The food is good, though the menu is limited, but you won't be disappointed with the paprikash, stuffed cabbage, spaetzels with gravy, or their famous hot dogs.

Our GPS took us through a seemingly shady part of town to get there so we didn't know what to expect. When we got there though there was a ton of people and knew it would be fine. I saw the menu online and didn't expect much but this place has a lot of history. Even though it was known... More

We stop at TP a couple of times a year as we pass through Toledo. On this visit we drove there for the sole purpose of having dinner. The food was what we have come to know and love and that bumps the rating to four stars. But for some reason the service fell down in a number of ways.... More

My husband and I decided to do something a little different and have Tony Packo's provide our "late night snack" to our wedding guests. We really wanted our out of town guests to get a taste of Toledo. People RAVED over the Packo dogs and pickles! Also, the staff was right on time and were wonderful with set up and... More

Americana, iconic truely retro. Celebrities have been to and enjoyed. We loved their home style food. Must check out for a different experience!

The original restaurant is always fun to real around in and see the signed buns and the M.A.S.H. memorabilia. The white chicken chili is great and a loaded dog. Avoid the weird looks by not asking for ketchup! I guess your not supposed to put that on your dog!

Haven't been in this neck of the woods in a few years, but it's always great and this time was great as well. Made famous by Jamie Farr as Corporal Klinger on MASH, this place has been visited by all sorts of celebrities who have autographed hot dog buns which are in special see-through displays on all the walls. Rock... More

What can I say? I was visiting the National Museum of the Great Lakes with my family and the GPS pointed me to Tony Pacos. Only then did I remember the M*A*S*H reference and the rest is...well...satisfaction! We all had a great meal of chili-mac and a variety of Hungarian kilbassa. If the decorum of historically significant autographed hot-dog buns... More

I always enjoy Tony Packos and stop at both this location and Sylvania. I especially love their stuffed cabbage, and the sausages are first rate also. A tasty meal for the money, and the gift shop beckons every time! The hot dogs are Hungarian style.....spicier than the average dog. Love those spicy pickles too.

My wife and I drove an hour to go to a Toledo Mud Hens game and left early to eat dinner at Tony Pacos before the game (you're right there!). We walked in and immediately were seated by a great hostess, our waitress walked up and got our drink orders - all very pleasant and timely. We ordered our appetizer... More
